I just wanna be in… in my bag, church, the gym, solid circles, love, another state/country, & an overall good headspace. So far so good.

I have been truly blessed to support this family twice now as a Doula. Two powerful births and two beautiful children. One immensely sacred Closing of the Body ceremony. Look at them! Femi and Nya did that! Love this family so much. @nya_elle @femio

A little Before/After of some of the shotlist we had for the TurboTax ad and how we brought it to life! @femio and I location scouted and went through the whole script and literally the shots were piling in my head based on an editing perspective (since I was an editor first) so I saw the edit through the script and the shots came from that!

From there it was finding images that would show what we were thinking and bringing the script to life visually! Femi knew he certain shots he really wanted and he knew the look and feel. The script gave us the rest! All the inspo came from @frame.set

These inspo frames are all from various projects that are used to just bring a vision to life tangibly! All from different projects!

We shot on Arri Mini on @cookeoptics Varotal lenses with our C camera having @dzofilm Vespid 2 primes to match!

Fun fact: for the Earthquake shot @jus10henry had to be macho man to shake it lol! Table was hella heavy!

🎬 @femio 🎬 (Oluwafemi Okusanya)

Femi is without a doubt one of my favorite people I’ve met through work. Which makes it even more of an honor to call him a friend now too.

He’s one of the few who helped shape the digital landscape the way we see it today. There’s a good chance that if you’ve watched some of the biggest gaming content over the last decade, you’ve seen something Femi helped bring to life.

I’ve been on set with him more times than I can count, and I already can’t wait for the next one. You just know it’s going to be a good time, no matter what you’re working on.

Beyond being insanely talented at what he does, he’s kind, thoughtful, and patient. Qualities that feel rare in this industry and this era.

Big Femi supporters on this side 🤝
