re:flow x Femme Open at Astoria 🤍

Last Friday, we partnered with @femmeopen_global to bring a unique Pilates experience to one of Stockholm’s most iconic venues, @brasserieastoria

An inspiring morning surrounded by strong women, brought together by a shared love for movement and community.

We love taking the re:flow experience beyond our studio walls, creating meaningful moments and bringing people together through movement.

Let’s redefine the pilates experience! 🤍

Anything but your average Pilates studio.

One of Stockholm’s most beautiful restaurants transformed into our Reformer Pilates studio for one special Friday morning.

With its beautiful setting and passion for the good things in life, Astoria was the perfect backdrop for a morning dedicated to movement, connection and inspiring women.

A big thank you to all the incredible, strong women who joined us and made this morning so special! And a special thank you to @aimnsportswear for making us look and feel so good ond the reformer.
