NOW STREAMING. Read below.

This album took me 2 years to make any many more to live. I had to fall apart and then rebuild myself from the ground up.

Emotionally and creatively this project has taken everything I have, and carries a weight for me unlike anything I’ve ever made. I am so grateful for all of the support I have received in getting this out into the world, there are too many names to mention individually, but please know how close I hold you.

I have been putting my music out for 10+ years, often times to little or no avail, and it can be pretty demoralising. My recent social media exploits have been my attempt at creating a more interactive and real-life focused way of spreading my work. Thank you to anybody who bought a CD or merch.

I sincerely hope that you sit with this record, digest it and glean your own meaning from it. I also hope you share it with anybody that you think might benefit from the story it contains.

If there is somebody you know who might need help, reach out to them. We can’t do this on our own.

Congrats to @burlington_pac on 15 years and a magnificent celebration called WANDER that led the audience into hidden spaces and backstage for magical and unexpected live performances!

We followed our own adventure throughout the building finding wonderful experiences all night! @meltemkoseleci loved Charles Spearin's Music for 32 Phones in the orchestra pit, and I was flabbergasted by the show by @magicchrisbruce!

@sultansofstring were amazing accompanying Indigenous Elders Shannon Thunderbird & Kate Dickson.

@femmesdufeu performed throughout the space and brought the wonderment to the event.

Priyanka Tope @complex_expression's Aikā was mesmerizing from the mezzanine view.

We had a very exclusive special experience as producer Rick raced us up many flights of stairs to watch the breathtaking final performance by @solo_opera.

The Burlington Performing Arts Centre's WANDER was in support of the incredible programming that gives kids the opportunity to experience theatre and spark that lifelong love of performing arts. 👏👏👏

4 years ago #threegrownwomen hit the road to tour “Flora and Fauna” a co creation with myself @femmesdufeu and @monicadottor Thanks to the Northern presenters @razzamataz.ca @drydenentertainmentseries.des @ontariopresents and many more. @sabrina_at_wilewood and @inverted.traveller travelled to the far reaches of our home province to gymnasium, theaters, and even fair grounds where we could share our love of the performing Arts with children. We left our own little kids behind and it was truly a profound experience I am so greatful for.
