What do producers do the weekend before a big party? Promote, support their friends, and throw more parties! Last weekend @cousinsean101 @britt_bratt_2.0 & @meeyabee hung posters, & lost our minds to @louievega bc @robpaine1 & @theshakedownphilly have been crushing it. Then we drank ANOTHER @bloomsupps (please sponsor our lives 😅) and checked out @fenderbenderphl & @philtysm for the late night set 💥 On Friday, WE throw down with Fender Bender. We are PSYCHED and hope you can make it! 🎃😎🎶

Techno has always felt very Plutonic to me. It is a descent through rhythm. You dance long enough… and eventually something breaks open beneath the personality. There is a particular type of catharsis that can only occur in the darkness. Repetitive, primal, hypnotic soundscapes beating against your sternum until you can no longer tell whether the pulse is your own or the room’s. Venus is crawling backward through Scorpio now, through the valley of death. She is clawing her way… stripped of everything she once used to recognize as herself. So what do you do in this moment…? You dance. You MOVE. Until the grief breaks open. Until whatever has been choking you finally moves through you. That is catharsis. ••• •• • #techno #astrology #scorpio #cathartic #fy

5 days until the HalloWasteland party with @fenderbenderphl 💚 Come walk through the shop to check out PEX team’s vision of HalloWasteland. This mock market has an art gallery, carnival game, STOOPS, and a “meat market.” We haven’t had art this large in a while, and this is an incredible piece 🥹 We are SO grateful for our friends who share their time and creative energy with us— none of this is possible without the collective effort of people who understand that our goal is synergistic exchange. PEX is a passion project (not a “job,”) for all of the producers, and it has been such a humbling and beautiful experience to create over the years with people who share this mindset. Thank you to @gearforms @kimberleetraub @hedy_sirico @shoeboxjoe & the untaggable Vinny for creating this absolutely insane piece of art. We can’t wait to share it with everyone on Friday! 🎃🔥🍖

The Philadelphia Experiment presents: HALLOWASTELAND ☢️🌱 “Hope is more resilient than hate…” Through the dust, smoke, and twisted remains of Girard Ave, the distant pulse of a bassline could be heard, a beacon calling the people of Philadelphia together. On October 23rd, The Philadelphia Experiment invites you to Warehouse on Watts to create our Halloween-themed post-apocalyptic Philly playground. Our dance floor is a refuge for anyone who fervently believes that life grows in the darkest of places, and that hope is never lost. ✨ PEX has taken you through space and time, to deserts and jungles. We helped build Black Rock City, now we’re exploring what it means to survive and thrive together in the City of Brotherly Love. TOUR DUMP PT. 1 A month on the other side of the world, living out of my hand luggage, from city to city, and making a little home for myself everywhere I went. Lots of shows, countless flights and very little sleep involved as usual, but here are some more of the moments in between all of that. The amazing people, random sidequests, quiet moments, the chaos… all of it! Will take some time to process how much life was truly LIVED inside just one month 🫪❤️ Medellín was pumping with Graciela Daleeeee 🇨🇴 Loved hosting this class at @eascolombia you were all so lovely ‼️ @tunnelpereira in my heart forevaaaaa Huge highlight of the trip was visiting Guatapé, specifically climbing the 800 stairs to the top of El Peñol (my fear of heights was less happy with it) Halfway up the stairs, conquering my fear and bumped into a fan on the way up 🤪 More @tunnelpereira footage! What a crowd! So crazy to experience this match in Medellín! 💪🏼 @eascolombia ❤️ the pure joy in my eyes says enough Some of the students of @eascolombia and the crew @aerotechno 🫂 Cali ☀️ phreaky phillyyyyy @fenderbenderphl 💚 Mandatory ciggy ritual during the set ‼️ Pic by @jahd.photo Gorgeous boat ride after the climb at El Peñol, passing by the old houses of Escobar @tunnelpereira by @jahd.photo a lil Miami shot in between, final stop of the 10 city tour across north america and colombia 🤠 a bit superstitious but my mom’s fav flowers were sunflowers and I was bumping into them everywhere (law of attraction etc) this time even with my name in there too… lil pockets of comfort while away from home 🤍 lil home in brooklyn 😍 Post tour thoughts while travelling back home to Amsterdam 💭
