POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We all have only 24 hours in a day, but some of us somehow manage to make it feel like 48. I keep thinking about how much we could do with the energy, the people and the time we already have.

Whether you’re building a company, finding your feet in a team or doing your own thing, here are three reminders:

Give yourself more room to play.

An idea doesn’t know what a department is. It doesn’t care whose desk it started at or what time zone you’re in. Talk to someone you wouldn’t usually ask. Try something with what’s already lying around. See what happens when you stop assuming you know the limits.

Keep playing after the deadline.

You send the files. The project is done. Then someone takes a little piece of it somewhere else and turns it into something new.

I love that part. When an idea gets a life of its own. Leave room for it to surprise you.

You’re living your life here, too.

Bring the weird hobby. Tell us about the trip. Make the coffee you love. Ask the question you’ve been sitting on.

You don’t become a different person when you open your laptop. Your life gives you things to bring into the work. The work gives you things to take back into your life.

❤️💙 Same 24 hours. More room to play ❤️💙

This is, apparently, my corporate outfit. My “9-to-5” and badge. My version of a “posh car”, the image you’d expect from someone running an advertising agency. Only…it never really looked like that for me. Most of my meetings happen on the go, sometimes in a surf-tech jacket, sometimes right after stepping off my longboard.

I’ve learned to stay real and embrace authenticity and when we find stories that are truly REAL, we hold onto them and push them in unconventional ways.

Most days, I wear things we create ourselves, pieces imagined, tested, brought to life from scratch. Maybe that’s why I fall so easily into every project. Into people, places, conversations, the rhythm of ideas becoming REAL.

Of course, there’s the other side too…long slides, late nights, checking every detail before something goes live. Budgets, deadlines, the parts that don’t look pretty but hold everything together.

But what matters most has always been the people. Bringing together minds I respect and building something that feels like more than just output. The work becomes a commitment to them, to the process, to the world we’re shaping at @fennec_bucharest |

This weekend, one of our biggest projects goes LIVE, a new flavor DROP for Hellmann’s | @hellmannsro | We pushed boundaries, built new ways of working, and now it’s out there, already finding its way into the world.

Three signature recipes. Three food entrepreneurs. 100 dishes at each stop, from us to you: @michaelsbagel | @pickles_bucharest | @smashedburgers.ro |

This one feels personal. Maybe because it proves you don’t need to wear “the suit” to build something that plays at a TOP level. Just trust, shared vision, and people who don’t fit in boxes.

I never had a 9-to-5. Never did. Never will. Our latest project for @piatraonline.world . Not even out yet, but ready to take off in February from the inboxes of designers and architects straight into the wild world of social media. Here’s the thing: there are two kinds of creatives. Those who never take a break from their dreams and those who only use creativity between office hours.

You know the type. They brainstorm on schedule, think inside slides, and leave their curiosity at the door when they clock out. No spark. No wonder. No “I saw something yesterday, and I can’t stop thinking about it.”

I can’t live like that. I rely on people who refuse to follow maps. Who don’t sell ideas like they’re products with specs. Who treat imagination like oxygen not like a deliverable.

Because ideas don’t have limits. A moodboard for a stone company can become a digital library, a campaign, a service, even a conversation starter for designers who didn’t know they needed one.

When you sell ideas, you fix problems.
When you live ideas, you expand worlds.

That’s the game. Take one thought and amplify it ×10. Stretch it. Twist it. Give it new life.

Can it still work?
Can it still surprise?
Can it still make someone see things differently?

If yes, it’s not a 9-to-5 idea.
It’s alive.

My mind doesn’t switch off, it rewires, rebuilds, restarts. Because improving the lives of the people I work with, that’s what drives me. Not just ticking the box that says “done.”

Done! :)

From 1 to 10, how hard is it to photograph chocolate? Honestly? 10. Easy :)) Noooot! Chocolate is like gelato, it melts, it reacts, it refuses to behave. And that already puts it at the top of the difficulty list. Every tiny touch leaves a mark on the surface. Use tools to position it? You risk tiny cracks and imperfections. Wear gloves? They leave marks too.

And here’s the funny part: even when a chocolate bar looks perfect to the naked eye, the moment you put a camera on it full focus, close-up…boom!!! Hundreds of imperfections appear. Things your eye would never notice, the camera catches and amplifies instantly.

There’s no shortcut here.
You can’t freeze it like gelato.
There’s no magic trick.
No “easy fix.”

Just patience. Piece by piece and more retouching hours than actual shooting time. That’s how you end up with a team of four people working on what looks like a “simple” project: styling and photographing chocolate.

And before jumping to conclusions…no, AI isn’t an option here. It can do a lot, sure. But there’s still 100% human touch in everything we do, every day. Even in writing a prompt.
Chocolate included :)

At @fennec_bucharest , a production job isn’t just a photography job. It’s a creative process, one that has to pass every quality pre-check before it goes live. Very similar to a Michelin kitchen, where ingredients aren’t brought together by chance. Every choice, every step, every detail follows a system designed long before the plate reaches the table.

And if this way of thinking resonates with you, I’ve just published a post on my LinkedIn about my recent documentation vacation spending the summer studying some of the best cuisines in the world and how their quality systems actually work.

If you never worked with us, you probably never saw us online. Here’s why. Entrepreneurship isn’t about starting something new. It’s about putting an idea into the world that shifts things, a little or a lot. Not inventing something that didn’t exist before, but creating a new way of looking at it. It can be a fridge. An iPod. Or a bench made from a coffee bean.

When I started #Fennec five years ago, I didn’t want to launch another advertising agency, one that looks like one, runs like one, and behaves like one.

I wanted to build a different kind of organization. One where creative thinking sits at the center, not “advertising,” not “digital,” not “branding,” not labels.

So I questioned everything.

If creativity is the engine, the beating heart, why default to ads, campaigns, or social pages?

Why not think like architects and design campaigns to exist in a city, not just on a screen?
Why not work like doctors before surgery, obsessing over every detail before going live?
Why not think like Michelin chefs before the plate reaches the table?

Advertising often feels fast, superficial, always rushing to “the idea.” So I did the opposite. Built from scratch. Did the hard work first. Talked later.

That’s why, for five years, we shared almost nothing. No case studies. No awards. No noise.

But you’ve definitely seen our work living out there in the city. And I’m grateful for that.

Yes, we did the work. We won awards and dozens of projects. But that was never the game.

The game was building a new framework from the inside.
We built systems instead of chaos.

Systems that don’t need massive teams or offices.
Systems that don’t break if someone leaves.
Systems that let people work from anywhere without approvals just to exist.

So why share this now?

Because five years ago I promised myself I’d give it five. If it worked, I’d open everything up: the thinking, the systems, the lessons and share them with the world.

Entrepreneurship is about creating change.

And after five years, I finally feel like I’ve done that by helping others do better work, in a way that actually matters.

Where do I take my inspiration? Swipe…

Training your eye to stare, really stare...at a painting, a building, a drawing rewires something in you. You start seeing connections you didn’t know existed. You realize color, shape, texture, context aren’t décor, they’re meaning. And you can shape that meaning.

Color is just the instrument.
Form is the voice.

I keep thinking about Rothko.

Critics say his shift wasn’t sudden, it was a slow move away from painting the world as it looks toward painting the world as it feels. And I get that. The first time I sat in front of his work, the yellow felt magnetic, like it was pulling me in.

That moment made me ask myself: how do we create an image that, even for a second, feels magnetic?

That makes you stare?
That absorbs you?

People will see whatever they see...but as creators, we owe the world meaning.

At first glance, it’s just a gelato.
But is it?

The colors you choose, the way you light it, frame it, touch it, that’s the difference between a product shot and a story.

Even the simplest brief becomes a playground if you let it.
Because an image can speak out loud without saying a word.
