@blackmerlin occupies a distinctive space within contemporary techno, combining hypnotic rhythm with organic percussion, field recordings and dense, atmospheric textures. His productions often blur the boundaries between the industrial and the ritualistic, creating music that feels deeply immersive and tactile.

For Monument Podcast, he takes us on a patient journey through stripped-back rhythms, shadowy atmospheres and subtle layers of texture. A hypnotic and absorbing session that gradually reveals itself with every movement.

Listen now on our SoundCloud and YouTube channels or wherever you get your podcasts.

This Saturday feels like a quiet turning point.

Years of collecting records, losing myself in dark rooms, learning machines, chasing sounds I couldn’t always explain.

From DJing to producing, from producing to hardware slowly getting closer to the reason I started all of this in the first place:

to create something alive.

This Saturday, for the first time, I step away from the decks and into a 6 hour live journey alongside two artists I deeply respect.

No script. No destination.
Just machines, instinct, and three minds in conversation.

Hello there, I decided to upload the recording of the closing set I played back in April at @suedpol_hamburg ☁️
That was honestly one of my favourite times playing, I loved carrying you through the early morning hours 🩵 Taking over from @chami_f2f & @olivia_mendez___ was fun and it was really easy to feel comfortable in the that booth with the lovely team.

On a personal note: I love playing closings that are dreamy, psychedelic and sometimes melancholic, making you float and leave the club with a warm feeling. I hope I was able to convey that with this set🌀

Entered flow state on the terrace with @truevine on Wednesday night. 🧘‍♀️ Milestone moment playing @clubspace … a special place that holds significant meaning in many of our lives here in Miami and beyond. Also very late to share but here’s a sick feature in DJ Mag Q2 edition. I highlighted some dope artists in Miami and a few words. Thanks for your time and write up @the_z_word + much love for @djmagofficial crew and special shoutout to @lilangus 🙏

I love music and I love making parties. Excited for everything to come 💖
