She’s officially complete!

Our Spec 2 at 57 Hull Wynd is finished, and we couldn’t be more proud of how this custom bungalow came together.

One of our favourite spaces? The basement wet bar. The architectural arches, textured tile, and thoughtful details create the perfect space for entertaining and make a statement the moment you walk downstairs.

Every detail in this home was designed with quality craftsmanship, timeless style, and everyday living in mind.

Now all that’s missing is its new owner.

These clients had a great vision and we really enjoyed bringing it to life. Opened the kitchen right open, added tons of cabinetry, huge island, and a full bar. New lighting layout throughout.

Renovations at the HVAC Strong headquarters continue to move forward just at a much slower pace now that business is booming!

Last weekend’s task was to get the Master Bedroom feature wall done and it turned out 🔥

Shoutout to the lads @princegeorgegnatsrfc for coming over to help lug a fridge down to the basement 💪🏼

The long-awaited final pictures of two new studios for @ShoreLineStudios by @FoxgloveConstruction.

We had a great time helping out with this studio! This was my first time installing @sonopan_msl - which was much easier to install than I expected.

The "Cyclorama" wall was much more labour than expected due to the tight radius which made material selection crucial.

Lots of double shifts, late nights, pizza deliveries, and "back to the drawing board moments" but we are absolutely thrilled how the studio turned out.

Special thanks to @fercon_drywall for his attention to detail and big efforts to achieve a flawless product. Not all boarders or tapers could have produced the level of quality. 🔥🔥🔥
