When you’re told in April your wife wants a GIANTS themed 40th birthday party your immediate reaction is to say; “but why, we’ve never even watched a game together in 6 years”. Nonetheless what Nessie wants, Nessie gets 😂. The past 8 months of planning each and every detail to this experience has been…memorable. @valaaliperti being a perfectionist and expert event planner was instrumental in bringing the vision to life. While I question your affinity for the NY Giants; I know my love for you and sheer excitement to celebrate this milestone was GIANT; your birthday remains my favorite day of the year. We have had a lot of epic birthday celebrations, but this one, with your “starting lineup” gameday ready, a 40 question trivia contest, and an iconic coloring sheet littered with your favorite things really took the (40 yard line adorned) cake. I feel so lucky to be part of your “team” and share a life together where small things are made to feel big and big things are made to feel GIANT. The 🏈 laces were in and this milestone was a game winning touchdown of a memory. I love you so much, Vanessa. You + Me 4L 😘+ 🏈
