We spent a relaxing Friday afternoon at Fernland Spa trying their adults only Signature Soak and it was honestly the perfect way to unwind.

The Signature Soak includes 5 hot tubs at different temperatures (38–41°C), a cold plunge, plus access to the main pool, deluxe decking area and foot soak stream.

Tucked away amongst lush native bush, soaking in 100% pure natural mineral water, it is the ultimate relaxation 🍃🫧☁️

Incredible vegan food, sunshine & ocean 💛
Manifesting every Monday to look like this 💫

If you're ever in the Mount and love wholefoods, check out @gratitudeeatery , most of their food is refined sugar free & vegan with plenty of gluten free options. We ALWAYS come here when in the Mount (fun fact- I used to work there) 🥰

We also checked out @frenchsoulcafe for the first time and were super happy to find @tinyseednz treats there (matcha cookie pie- yum!)

And to top the beautiful day off, we had a nourishing soak in the, newly renovated, @fernlandspa 💫

Oh and we can't forget the lovely doggie cuddles and walks we had.

Bay of Plenty never disappoints 💫

What a privilege.. 🙌🏼✨

What a privilege it is;
To wake up each day with a body that lets me move.
To walk.
To run.
To lift.
To stretch.
To do recovery.
To explore new places.
To adventure the outdoors.
To play with my nieces, nephews and my friends kids.
To laugh until my stomach hurts with friends and family.
To dance, swim, hike, skate, surf, and simply experience life.

Movement isn’t a punishment.
It’s a privilege.

Not every fitness goal has to be about how you look. Sometimes the goal is simply longevity and quality of life.

You only get one body 🤍

Take care of it.
Challenge it.
Thank it.

🌱 After a busy day day exploring nature we decided to stop in and have a soak at @fernlandspa 💦 and it was exactly what we needed to finish a fun day out.

We hadn’t been since the recent renovations, and wow… what a difference! The new café and ice cream area, large deck, plunge pools, foot soaking and modern changing rooms have completely transformed the place.

Such a relaxing way to end the day, and the kids loved it just as much as we did. We’ll definitely be back!
