POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

From garden to table, one season at a time.

As autumn draws to a close, we’re enjoying the final harvests from our vegetable garden. From the first seeds planted at the end of winter to the produce we gather today, watching nature complete its cycle is one of life’s simple pleasures here at the Relais.

And making his first appearance here is Stevan, one of the owners, harvesting vegetables and finding inspiration for our guests’ dinners.

“Growing food has taught me patience, acceptance and respect for nature. We’re far from being fully sustainable, but serving something we’ve grown ourselves, picked at its best and brought to the table within hours, sometimes minutes, is a privilege I never take for granted.” — Stevan

» — Stevan
