This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking our community to help us build the future of improv and comedy in Toronto. ❤️‍🔥

Bad Dog Theatre Company has been nurturing artists, uplifting underrepresented voices, and creating spaces of joy, belonging, and connection for 42 years. And today, your support matters more than ever.

Swipe through to see why investing in Bad Dog means investing in artists, youth, newcomers, community care, and the next generation of Toronto storytellers.

✨ And thanks to some generous community members, every gift today is DOUBLED.
Your $25 becomes $50. Your $100 becomes $200.
Your impact becomes exponential.

If Bad Dog has ever made you laugh, helped you feel less alone, given you a home in the arts, or inspired someone you love, today’s the day to give back.

🔗 Donate through the @canadahelps link in our bio and help us build what comes next.

Every time I wear my stripes,
I look a little older
But in addition to the greys,
More hands go round my shoulders

Yes, everytime those stripes go on,
I feel that bit of fear
I’m screaming in a good way though,
Cause all my friends are here

I hardly get to wear these stripes-
Once or twice an orbit
But every time I hear that oath,
My soul feels better for it

Thanks for all the laughter,
My woes are all but gone
Thanks to the all the kids who let me
Blather on and on,
And thanks to my sweet CIG,
With age I have no gripe
Cause every year I get more proud
To wear my little stripes 💖

The Happiest of Holidays from the Bad Dog Theatre Team! We hope that you enjoy an abundance of dad jokes, tita jokes, bits, fun anecdotes, witticisms, memes, or secret satirical texting between siblings about your shitty uncle Bob* to fill your well as we gather with our loved ones and not so loved ones (looking at you Uncle Bob) over holiday meals.

We hope you laugh a lot a lot a lot!

*so sorry to all nice Bobs, uncle Bob really does suck, and this is about him, not you. Never you!
