If I had to sum up elNico in one word, it would be Family.

When kind souls come together, something magical happens—and every single person who was part of this helped create a space full of warmth, laughter, and love. A place that felt like home 🤍

Thank you to my beautiful team for dancing through these last two years with me—for your passion, your care, your jokes, and the sweetest friendship.

There’s not enough! There will never be enough words or slides to show how special El Nico is.

Burning chiles, dropping tlayudas, family meal, charging my chef batteries, pausing service to watch the sunset 🤓 If there’s anything these last two years have gifted me, it’s the fact that you can build your dream team - your dream kitchen! You can play your favorite song during prime time dinner rush and take five seconds to clean your station and dance.

Most importantly, you can never forget to be drinking water!! 🤣

As sad as I am to step away from such a wonderful team, I’m excited to see what lies ahead. Some goodbyes are hard but I know this is a see you later :)
