We had so much fun at the @handcyclingclub
@on_amtb_riders fall aMTB camp at @horseshoebikepark! Meeting new friends and spending time old ones - this community never disappoints. We're already looking forward to next year and can't wait to see how @bionic_heart_roller continues to grow this event while keeping the incredible grassroots vibes she has created 🍂✨️

FIVE YEARS IN THE LOAM 💚

To celebrate five years of Ladies Who Loam, we made a T-shirt that’s a little snapshot of our time on the trails.

Each piece of the design was created by a different rider at Ladies Who Loam. A proper community-built tee.

And a shout-out to the trail builders and diggers who keep these trails running!! There are a few of us in the crew who have put our share of hours in too. 🫶

SAMBA is lucky to have so many amazing women+ on our board (and a couple of good dudes who give them their flowers 💐🙂).

Women with disabilities have consistently created some of the most incredible inclusive spaces I have been lucky enough to participate in. So many aMTB opportunities come from the badass effort of women with disabilities.

@bionic_heart_roller @on_amtb_riders one woman show running massive, low barrier aMTB camps in Ontario, while being a badass working PhD mom with a rad family.

@ch_ogilvie @elsalalonde @cando_society @elleaccessible another power duo running non- profits that provide aMTB and reduce barriers to the outdoors off the side of their desks! Intro to camp weekends for PWD’s? Hell yes.

@sarahtipler2018 a powerhouse of accessibility education, policy, and advocacy in the Sea to Sky. When someone asks how I got into aMTB- I will always tell them the story of meeting Sarah.

@barbees_world @bowheadcorp if you’re lucky enough you’ll get to ride with Barbee and have some of the best days on the trail. Quad correspondent showing us what’s possible!

@acairns_insta @jimbec.k mega supporters behind the scenes and on the trails. We are lucky to have you!

Honourable mention 🏆 ask any of us how we got into aMTB and gritty advocacy- and we will say @sierraroth22 the GOAT. She was the pebble that created the ripple out.

I’ve been a little quiet over here because I’ve been working really hard behind the scenes with SORCA to bring the 2026 Loam Hustler to life 💥

I’m beyond excited to say it launches tomorrow 🗓️
If you’re a local rider, I’d love for you to come check it out — challenge yourself, try something new, and have an epic day out on our beautiful Squamish trail network ✨

This race exists because of this community. 💚
