Don’t know about your FYP pages, but lately mine has been showing me an awful lot of Winx related things! 🤭🩷 I also keep seeing people cosplaying from it and sites like Shein have full on collab lines with clothes and accessoires.

My 5-year old niece is also falling for this lovely show, she keeps on watching it on repeat on Netflix. She even gets me to “play” Winx with her, where she is one of the fae and I’m a bad guy that she has to defeat with her dargon fire powers lol.

And although I’m a W.I.T.C.H. girly at heart, obviously I can’t resist that 🥺

Can’t wait ‘till she’s old enough to start “properly” playing video games and I can show her my retro games, like this Winx Club for the PSP!

I’m in Jaaappaaaaan!!! Time to fully weeb out again and live out my otaku dreams for a bit 🤭 As I’m writing I'm in bed at our Kyoto hotel, and the morning light is just hitting our shoji screens 🥺🩷

We have a lot of amazing things plannend this trip, cant wait to share it all with you

Not sure if I can keep up with regular timeline posts, I did prepare some, but I doubt I’ll remember to actually post them lol, but I’ll try my best! 🫶🏻✨️

For now y’all can make due with this cute little toploader I decorated in honour of Konata, my fav girl and otoku queen from Lucky Star. A very old, but very cute and lighthearted anime. Highly recommend if you’re into slice-of-life anime shows that don’t really have a plot haha 🤭

But anyway, be sure to follow my Japan travels in my stories or if you’re a mutual and speak Dutch you can follow our trip on Polarsteps as well (DM me for the link).

It’s a good thing I’m about to head to Japan this week, and have some time to recover (mentally) from this game. Because Ghost of Yotei is crushing my soul, in like the best way possible 😫🩷 This game is absolutely amazing. I had super high expectations, as Ghost of Tsushima is a Top 3 game for me in terms of storytelling that left an impact. Especially the choice at ending wrecked me so hard, I did a full ugly cry for ages 😭😭

And Ghost of Yotei is just as amazing. I’m nowhere near the end yet, only about 15 hours in at this point. But it’s just edged itself inside of me already. Perhaps because we’re playing as woman this time, that things feel even more close and personal, but there’s just something magical about this game. I know how cheesy that sounds but it's true! 🥺

I probably won’t finish it for a while, really taking my time trying to clear every inch of the map and don’t miss out on any story or sidequest. But damn, this game, girls. It’s crazy good!

If there ever was a game I need everyone to play, it’s this one. And with all the difficulty levels there’s really no excuse not to try it at least once. It’s so accessible to everyone. But please do yourself a favor and get this. It’ll probably be one of your favs for years to come 🙏✨️

And yes, I’m saying that with my full chest, not even having finished it yet. Just trust me.

I’ve been hyperfocussing so hard on Pokopia, but it finally seems to slow down a little bit! 🙈 I’m close to finishing the main story and I've done some building, but not a whole lot tbh. I wanted to wait until I unlocked more items and recipes, and most importantly the Magnemite terraforming skill!

But honestly not sure how much time and effort I’ll be putting into it after I’ve finished the main story. Not because I don’t love it, but because I’m simply still overwhelmed by the sheer size of this game. It’s absolutely massive 💀

Add to it that I find freebuilding overwhelming to begin with and I’ve got quite a challenge ahead of me haha 😫 I’m more of an “upgrader” than a free-builder in general. Games like Ni no Kuni or Eiyuden Chronicles Rising work much better for me. Or in case of Animal Crossing, I liked how it was still kinda small.

In this case it’s just too much for me, especially considering the rest of my backlog that is calling my name. Like Ghost of Yotei which I started the week before Pokopia came out. Really excited to get back into it as well 🥺🩷

For now though, I’m enjoying the remainder of my hyperfocus on Pokopia until I’m off to Japan (no not bringing it with me haha)! 👀

If you’re also playing Pokopia, how are you feeling about it? Still enjoying it? Pushed it aside already? Or hardcore obsessed and building every inch of all the areas? 🤭

I’m glad I’ve got myself into this universe of the Wizarding World. 🧙‍♂️

When I was a boy, I was fascinated seeing many kids reading Harry Potter books. I’d felt overwhelmed by all the pages I saw and would have never give it a chance.

Growing up, seeing the Harry Potter trailers always caught my interest. Something about the dark gritty aesthetic caught my eye. I had a liking of those sort of films. But in the time I really liked Pirates of the Caribbean.

Last year I went to Universal Studios and walked in the Harry Potter store. I saw the Wands, The Robes and even the sweaters. The scarfs will all have its own house like Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. Seeing that had me in awe. Which now I felt the urge to get into The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

It wasn’t until I bought the Game.
HOGWARTS LEGACY.
That game introduced me a little more thoroughly of what is the Wizarding world.

I can see why kids liked it.
I guess, in my childhood I missed out. Now looking back to it. I should have given it a chance.

But I do have to say,
This Wizarding World is a magical place.
I do wish people were all nice like in the movies and the game.

Imagine what the world would be like🦉
