What do you do when the tones drop at 4 AM and get canceled minutes later? 🤦🏽‍♂️

You stay up and GET AFTER IT. 💪🏽🔥

Might as well turn that unexpected early wake up into an opportunity to put in some work. No excuses, no wasted time, just another chance to get better.

Ain’t no better way to start the day. 🤙🏽

Man…sometimes you need to pick your head up and realize how much you’re actually crushing it.

I’m talking to everybody. The person studying for a promotional exam. The person starting a business. All of you, chasing something they’ve wanted for years.

We’re sooooo focused on the two feet in front of us that we forget to look up and see how far we’ve actually come.

Seriously. Think about where you were a year ago. Everything you’ve learned. The chances you’ve taken. The uncomfortable situations you’ve pushed through. The hours nobody knows about.

And somehow, you still convince yourself you’re not doing enough?!?!!!! Come on?!!!!

DON’T WORRY LOL…I have to remind myself of this too. Building Front Seat Academy has been one of the coolest experiences of my life. The people I’ve met, the relationships, watching people accomplish things they’ve worked years for. And sometimes I’m so caught up in what’s next that I forget to appreciate what we’ve already built.

So, to my Front Seat Academy students grinding through this promotional process, I know some of you are frustrated. You’re studying your ass off, questioning yourself, wondering when it’s all going to click.

KEEP GOING. You’re further along than you think.

I’m not telling you to get comfortable. I’m telling you to recognize how far you’ve come.

I’m proud of what we’re building here, and I hope you’re proud of yourself too.

KEEP F**ing GOING.

This one got REAL spicy, REAL quick. 🥵🥴

Started off feeling good… then the burpees piled up, the legs started burning, and those wall balls got REAL personal. 🤘🏽

Three movements. Twelve calories on the rower after every set. Thirty minutes to find out what you’re made of. When it gets uncomfortable, that’s where the work begins. 🥶🤙🏽

PICK YOUR WEIGHT. SET YOUR PACE. EARN EVERY ROUND.

Work Hard. Stay Humble. 🤙🏽

Today’s workout was more for reps under fatigue. It’s easy to grab your mask and throw it on, but let’s get the HR up a little bit. 5 rounds of some movements then a mask up. By round 3 fingers were slipping to grab the mask straps, hood got bunched on round 4, but we kept it moving. You don’t practice until you get it right, you practice until you can’t get it wrong.
