Il 2016 è stato un anno fondamentale della mia vita. Un punto di svolta, l’inizio di tanti cambiamenti che, uno dopo l’altro, mi hanno condotto fino a qui. Guardarmi indietro dopo dieci anni è bello: rivedere tutto ciò che è accaduto, tutto quello che ho fatto, ogni passo — anche quelli incerti — che mi ha portato a essere la persona che sono oggi.

Ma fermarsi solo agli ultimi dieci anni non sarebbe giusto. Anche se a volte si vorrebbe avere qualche anno in meno, io quei anni non li ho. E allora forse la cosa più onesta è guardare ancora più indietro. Perché ciò che sono oggi nasce da molto prima: da esperienze lontane, da incontri, cadute, scelte, silenzi. Da tutto ciò che mi è capitato e che, nel bene e nel male, mi ha costruita.

Sì, il 2016 è stato importante. Ma, in fondo, ogni anno lo è. Ogni giorno lo è. La vita stessa è importante.
Ed è per questo che dovremmo ricordarci di essere grati. Sempre.
Grati di esserci.
Grati di vivere ogni singolo giorno.
