Hyrox my world… get it? 🤭

12 months ago I wouldn’t have believed you if you told me I’d be doing a HYROX, also wouldn’t have believed I was going to be so happy either 💁🏼‍♀️

✨ HYROX 2026 ✨

We went in with a goal, but we had no idea what to expect.

In the couple of months leading up to Sydney @hyroxanz we raised $855 for the Hyrox Mental Health Fund, supporting those who need it and promoting our awesome team at @umatter_awareness and the work we’re doing right here in Maitland 🩵💜

After that, the goal was to get sub 1 hour 30 minutes.

And we did. 1:25:35.

STOKED is an understatement 🫶🏻

And we had the BEST time - just the start of many more awesome adventures to come together.

Also, everyone needs a @nicbignell07 in their life. Someone who will stay until after 9pm on a Sunday night to watch us race, it meant more than we can say to have a friend cheering us every time we went past! 🩷

Until next time Hyrox 🙈

BIGGEST WEEKEND OF CROSSFIT IN AUSTRALIA DONE 🩵

& boy did we feel it.
we are all exhausted but grateful for the weekend that was, but we are not finished yet.

we are so proud of you, all your effort & attitude. the cards that were dealt, were a bit rough & disappointing this weekend but we persisted & did everything we could.
these weekends are massive, but everything feels so seamless & familiar. we have finished so many of these weekends together & the best is yet to come!

my favourite job in the world. being my mum’s coach.

a 2nd place stings a little, missing out on the crossfit games spot but the season isn’t finished just yet.

we will see you on the online semi finals leaderboard 🤞🏼

scenes from quarterfinals, without trending audio

it’s so easy to get caught up in the leaderboard and comparing yourself to those around you, but I was able to do things this weekend that I couldn’t of done 6 months ago and I’m so proud of that. proud of my effort. proud of what I achieved.

& always so grateful for my bestie&coach @bailietynan for the way she believes in me and supports me. & for the @fgathletic_ and @gritperformancecentre crews - truly some of the best people around, making weekends like this so fun and rewarding!

Another solo sesh 💃
Friday country vibes on repeat 🤠
Dance a little, lift a lot, and keep chipping away at that snatch technique.
Gotta have fun when you train solo all the time 😂
