POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Wow to be in residency at LMCC @lmcc_nyc Arts Center on Governors Island for The Mushroom! Normandy @normandyraven and I started workshopping this piece over two summers ago and I still can’t stop dreaming about it. Honestly, it feels like choreography, staging, and movement are so much about wondering, wandering, and pondering until I can jump into rehearsal. Here’s a dorky process video I took of myself doing arm math at FGP @fgpnyc ’s BRB, workshopping at @newgeorges , then our show for last year’s @exponentialfestival . It might be tedious and dull in the beginning but that’s why we need each other. Thank you for giving us a place to dance, LMCC @lmcc_nyc !

If you want to get confused about limbs and plants, come ride the ferry this January, play outside in the winter, and get your tickets for The Mushroom x Under The Radar @utrfest . Link in the bio 🍄

The long-overdue #FreshGroundPepper appreciation post. The BRB Retreat was exactly what I needed to come back to myself after a long summer of post-grad burnout. I went to BRB feeling depleted, isolated, and exhausted. I left feeling energized, refreshed, and grateful for my newfound community. My new friends filled my creative well with inspiration and my stomach with delicious food. A month later and I'm still missing the music and laughter and art we shared in the woods. 💛 #yourprocessisshowing

Journeyed to Little Pond Arts Retreat with Fresh Ground Pepper and left with:
-new friends with the most amazing minds 🤩
-an updated and perhaps complete (time will tell 😈) version of The Roadkill Committee Tabletop Roleplaying Game
-a new hobby in fire sculpting 🔥
-so much love for Little Pond, FGP, and my fellow artists! 🌳

This place is truly sacred, imbued with the positive energy and well wishes of artists past and present. What a gift you all are 🫶

Eco Artist Residency vlog! 🌱🥹 So, this week actually healed me in ways I may never be able to articulate or share in a vlog, but sharing a glimpse anyways. Endless gratitude to @treeofanisa and @misterneisguy of @fgpnyc for facilitating a truly life giving week making art with the land. I left with a new understanding of what art making can mean and what reciprocity actually looks/feels like. And a lot of new friends. There is time 💚

Shoutout to my collaborator and dear friend @corryjethridge for dancing with me down every literal and metaphorical path 🫶🏼

🌀 eclipse season gather and purge via blade, fire, fever, fungi friends, exquisite blooms, protections taking root, lucky fruit, making new beds, blood letting black and blue bruised, and a familiar on sanctuary patrol while we jump timelines and call in the divine.

bliss is knowing my purpose as an artist and alchemist in relationship to the land and ancestors and source. everything I require and desire flows abundantly and freely to me. I receive all these blessings with ease and return to sender all fuckeries.

ashe aho it is so as above so below 🌀

To the delights of the Week 3 @fgpnyc cohort! You all gave me new juice to continue my project, and I’m SO grateful for you all diving in. @fgpnyc has created an extraordinary retreat for artists that celebrates community, creativity, and stewardship of land, ourselves and each other. Follow these artists and see their work! (Including @timesnewrita whose music accompanies this reel.)

A Taste of Yoga Nidra with Krista Nelson, guest presenter for The Tonic Way @botanicwise

Tuesday, April 21, 2026 | 6-7:30 PM ET
In this class, you are invited into the practice of Yoga Nidra—a space where the body can rest and the mind can soften.

A taste of Yoga Nidra is designed to give you a sample of what I have learned under the guidance of Khushi Malhotra @khushface .

I hope this taste will lead you to hunger for more.

We will begin with a gentle meditation to arrive together, followed by my popular Gratitude Ritual that premiered at Little Pond Arts Retreat @fgpnyc.

From therre, we will the gentle watering and sweeping of “75 Breaths,” one of my favorite Yoga Nidra techniques to purify the subtle body.

We will close with time for quiet journaling, allowing space to integrate what has been felt, noticed, and restored.

This class is perfect for anyone curious about Yoga Nidra, as well as those simply longing for a new way to experience deep rest, inner calm, and renewal.
