How beautiful it is to share what I love so much! ❤️💃🏻

Despite the rain, we had a FULL HOUSE at MamboYa 🔥 and I couldn’t be more grateful to every single person who took the time to come, learn, dance, and share their energy with me.

Thank you to MamboYa for continuing to create spaces where we can share our passion, our knowledge, and connect through dance.

And to my girls, thank you for always being there, supporting me, and being part of these special experiences. Love you all! 🫶🏻

See you at the next one! ❤️✨

Today, there’s no medal, competition, or performance to celebrate. Just my girl putting in the work behind the scenes. You know, the hard work, the part that isn’t usually seen on camera. ❤️

I see you balancing school (good grades), dance, church, my current health with treatments and growing up. Practices until 10:30 p.m., private lessons after school, the gym, and then right back up at 5:30 a.m. for school. Behind it all are stress, tears, frustration, and yes, a little teenage attitude 😂. But I also see you take a breath, try again, and keep pursuing what you love.

I know I push you hard. Sometimes I wonder if it’s too much, then think, “If I don’t, who will?” I want the best for you, and I’m learning to navigate life with you, too.💞

I want dance to be the dream YOU choose. Give it your heart, and I’ll do anything and everything I can to support you. You don’t have to be perfect to make me proud, baby. I’m already beyond proud of you and the beautiful young lady you’re becoming.

@francys_her , I can’t thank you enough for always believing in her, challenging her, and having the PATIENCE through it all 🤯😂. She’s definitely given us both a few gray hairs 😂😂 but watching her grow makes it worth it. You’ve helped her grow beyond dance, and that means so much to me. You’re an amazing coach!! As her mom and your friend, we’re so grateful for you 🫶🏼💞

I love you, Jayde. Through the beautiful moments and the messy ones, Mom is always in your corner, always❤️ (and yes I’ll buy you chicken nuggets 😂😂)

New York, you’ve been good to me. 🗽❤️ 🥉

Another city, another stage, another beautiful memory added to this dance journey. ✨ From the bright lights to the competition floor, every experience has brought more confidence, growth, and unforgettable moments.

Until next time New York. 🗽💃🏽❤️

Hahaha!!! And you thought the diapers & wipes stage was expensive? 😂

Wait until your mortgage payment starts shimmying dancing on stage covered in rhinestones. 💃🏽✨💸😂

Costumes. Competitions. Privates. Travel… Dance parents, you already know! 😩😂 (or any athlete parents)

And if you’re wondering how you’re supposed to afford dance AND buy a home…??? ❓🏡
Good news!!! Don’t count yourself out! You may have more options than you think and I know exactly what it’s like to budget around dance life. 💡😂

From one dance mom to another… Trust me, I understand the budget. 😂💃🏽🏡💸💸💸

What a wonderful experience! 🧡 Thank you @newyorksalsacongress and everyone for all the love and well wishes! I placed 3rd in Girls Bachata Solo Showcase Teen 13-17 🥉 at the New York International Salsa Congress, representing @fhdanceacademy

Of course, winning always feels good, but this dance journey is about so much more than trophies and medals. Every time I compete or perform, I walk away with something more important; more experience, more confidence, and even more motivation to work harder and continue becoming a better dancer every time I step on the dance floor. 🧡

@francys_her I can’t thank you enough for being there through it all, for always believing in me, challenging me, pushing me (even on my difficult days 🤭) and helping me grow through every experience. Having you by my side throughout these past three years has meant so much, and I’m so excited and looking forward to see what’s still ahead. 🧡🙏🏼

Thank you to my mom @rivera_studio.co for making these experiences happen for me, my teammates Mambo Girls and to everyone who continues to cheer me on, encourage me, and support me along my dance journey. I appreciate you all more than you know! 🧡

That look she gives the camera 👀, knowing Mommy is right there front row cheering her on. 🥹❤️ It’s like our little moment in the middle of everything. No words needed… she knows I’m there, and I know that look is for me. Watching her grow into such a confident young lady on stage makes me so proud. Our bond will forever be one of my greatest blessings. ❤️ I love you @xo.jayyy._

Switching from On1 to On2 after years of dancing in the same timing can be a real challenge for muscle memory—but it can also be a lot of fun! 🔥

This is Arturo, my student, and we just started his transition to On2.

👀 Watch until the end, spot the mistake, and comment why it happens.

To my beautiful Jayde 🧡

I am so incredibly proud of you. Your heart, your determination, your courage to step on that stage, and your willingness to keep learning and growing inspire me every day. 💛

Congratulations on earning 2nd Place 🏆 with your Bachata Team and finalist in the Sub-14 Soloist Division 💃🏻 Congreso Mundial de la Salsa, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

This weekend wasn’t just only about competitions. It was more than that. It was about experience, growth, determination, courage, and becoming the young woman God is shaping you to be. The dreams God has placed in your heart will require hard work, discipline, dedication, consistency, sacrifice, and faith. The best things in life don’t come easy, they come to those who are willing to put in the work and trust God’s timing. I’m super excited for what’s coming next for you my love!

Keep on shining, keep smiling beautifully as you do and never loose the spark that makes you shine, but most importantly keep trusting the path God has for you. I have no doubt He has amazing things in store for your future.

I love you endlessly and will always be your biggest cheerleader. This is only the beginning❤️ @francys_her A special thank you to Coach Francys for your time, dedication, patience, and for believing in Jayde.

For me, learning how to spin is just like the process of life.

First, we learn to crawl, then to walk, then to jog, and finally to run. Everything happens one step at a time.

The same applies to spinning technique. If you truly want to perfect your turns, start with the basics. Break the movement down, master each part, and only when you feel confident should you move on to the next level. There are no shortcuts—a strong technique is always built on a solid foundation.

I want to sincerely thank all the ladies who joined me for Saturday’s workshop. 💛

Not only did you allow yourselves to learn and enjoy the experience, but you also became part of a meaningful cause by helping raise funds for the families affected by the earthquake in Venezuela. 🇻🇪 Every contribution will make a difference, and I am deeply grateful for your support and generosity.

And remember, we keep dancing tonight! 💃
