We took the traditional commercial gym model and flipped it on its head.

At most big-box gyms, trainers do the work while the gym takes the majority of the revenue. We built our Independent Personal Training model differently.

Our trainers earn 3–5x more than they would in a traditional commercial gym, giving them the freedom to:
Invest in growing their business
Deliver a better client experience
Build stronger long-term relationships
Actually have a life outside the gym

On the client side, we never believed people should pay a membership fee if they’re only using the space for personal training. So we removed that friction entirely.

While its a lower margin model for us, it has created exceptional loyalty, stronger retention, higher satisfaction, and sustained session growth.

We feel that our model genuinely aligns incentives and everybody wins.
