This week holds one of the most special moments of my career so far. When I joined the MUNICIPAL team in January, beyond working through overall brand marketing, they shared they wanted support shaping the women’s vision for the brand — and from the beginning, we aligned seamlessly on who that woman is. She’s driven. She pushes boundaries. She challenges herself daily across every part of life — business, health, family, balance, all of it. She’s not here for a “soft girl era.” She’s the woman who never fit into a mold and never wanted to. And that sits deeply within me, and clearly within so many others too. Lately, I’ve noticed this consistent duality in my work — in the art, the creative direction, the marketing vision, even in how I approach life. The realization that women today are no longer sacrificing their femininity in order to chase ambitious dreams in spaces that historically weren’t built for them. Something my 12-year-old self would have loved to witness. I think so many of us are chasing dreams and breaking down walls for our younger selves while simultaneously creating paths that never existed for the next generation of women. What made this experience even more meaningful was being surrounded by people who embody that energy so naturally. I was endlessly inspired by my team, every creative who helped bring this vision to life, and each woman in this shoot — all of them showing up fully as themselves, powerful in completely different ways. And I truly can’t explain what it means to have a team that not only understands my vision, but fully supports it and helped bring it to life. Because this is bigger than me. It’s for every woman looking for a home within her own power shift.
