I swapped screaming for sighing. (Mostly.)

One of the ways I regulate myself is humming, sighing and singing. I first found this in therapy, where writing and singing songs was so very cathartic.

Then in motherhood, I learned that letting out a big dramatic sigh instead of screaming worked so much better, for me and my daughter when she exploded into her colossal tantrums . It stops her in her tracks and that’s the moment I turn the big sigh into a whole song and dance. Literally. 💃🏽

Now we’re co-regulating.
Don’t get me wrong there are days where I simply do not have the capacity for this, I walk into my room, shove a pillow to my face…. And scream.

Most of us were told at some point to be quiet, not to be heard, sing in tune, or not make a fuss. So we learned to hold our voice in. Holding it in is tension. Letting it out, especially on a long out-breath, is one of the most direct ways to tell your body it’s safe 😮‍💨

This fortnight’s Singing Circle is Singing from an Honest Place. You don’t need to sing well. You need to sing truthfully. We’ll sing empowering mantras, play with harmonies and repetition. We’ll repeat the same few sounds, over and over, until thinking gives way and the body takes over. 🧘🏽‍♀️

🗓 Thursday 22 October, 6:30 to 7:30pm
📍 The Yurt, Fickle Field, Ongar
🤍 £11 Exchange. No experience needed.

Book via the link in bio.

Try the three sigh reset on slide 5 tonight, and save it for the next meltdown.

Autumn is a reminder that letting go is part of growing.

The trees let their leaves fall. We can take that as a reminder to release what we’ve been carrying too—the old habits, limiting beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck.

You can appreciate what this year has taught you without carrying every part of it into the next.

And don’t wait until the last two weeks of December to start asking yourself:

Who am I going to be in 2027?
What do I want to build?
What needs to change?

Start now. Make the decision. Take the first step. Build the habits that support the person you want to become.

Give yourself a head start, so January arrives with you already moving.

What are you ready to let go of this autumn?

✨ SPECIAL OFFER: DISCOUNT ON PRIVATE CEREMONIES ✨

❤️ £500 NOW JUST £400! ❤️

For the next month, Conscious Heart Warriors are offering discounted private ceremonies for up to 6 people at Fickle Field in Ongar. 🌿

If there are fewer of you, please still reach out. We want to make this work more accessible, so let’s have a conversation and see what we can arrange. ❤️

✨ WHAT IS THIS WORK ABOUT?

It’s about bringing darkness to light, exploring the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden away, the shame, guilt, fear, suppressed anger and limiting beliefs that hold us back from being our true, authentic selves.

It’s about understanding our emotions, bringing the unconscious into consciousness, releasing what we’ve been carrying and reconnecting with who we truly are beneath the layers.

This is powerful inner work for both men and women, creating space for deeper self-awareness, healing, freedom and the courage to live from the heart.

🌿 Ready to explore what’s possible?

📍 Fickle Field, Ongar, Essex

Message us to arrange your private ceremony and let’s find a way to make it work for you.

We’re passionate about helping more people reconnect with themselves and create a more conscious, loving world.

❤️ Bring the darkness to light. Come home to yourself. Live from the heart.

❤️ A little change to our ceremonies ❤️

We’ve been having a little rethink about how we hold space in our ceremonies, and we’ve decided to do things a little differently.

We’re going to move away from the sharing circle at the beginning and instead guide you straight into a beautiful, powerful meditation, giving you the space to go within, reflect, release and connect with whatever is coming up for you. ✨

We know that opening up and sharing in a group isn’t always easy, and we want everyone to feel comfortable, safe and able to just be themselves, without any pressure.

The work we do is so powerful. It’s about going into those deeper parts of ourselves, the bits we’ve buried, hidden away or pushed aside, and finally giving them the love, compassion and acceptance they’ve always deserved.

It’s about bringing those parts of ourselves home, releasing what we’ve been carrying and learning to love the parts of us we may have spent years trying to hide. ❤️‍🔥

We’re so passionate about this work and excited to bring this new approach into our ceremonies.

Let go of the stories about being not enough! You are magic with skin on we just hold space for you to remember you are enough just as you are..

✨ Come and join us:

🌿 Wednesday 14th October at Fickle Field
🤍 Friday 16th October at Drift Studio, Leigh-on-Sea
🧘‍♀️ Sunday 18th October with @sam_myyogitribe for a beautiful yoga retreat. (Contact them to book)

If you feel the call to go deeper, release what’s weighing on your heart and reconnect with yourself, we’d absolutely love to see you there.

✨ Head to our website via the link in our bio to book your space for any of our ceremonies. ❤️

With love and gratitude,

Conscious Heart Warriors 🦋

**The Winter Table 🍂**

A feast shaped by the season, celebrating beautiful winter produce, thoughtful cooking and the kind of food that makes you want to linger a little longer around the table.

Brought to you by two fully qualified Naturopathic Chefs: Hazel, a 2025 MasterChef UK Semi-Finalist and recent graduate of The College of Naturopathic Medicine, and Leila, an award-winning CNM graduate recognised for her outstanding contribution to the field.

Expect an elevated 3-course menu celebrating seasonal, organic and whole-food ingredients, with delicious non-alcoholic drinks included. Every dish has been thoughtfully created to nourish, delight and support your body through the winter months.

Throughout the evening, we’ll share the thinking behind the food, from the ingredients we’ve chosen to how they can support immunity and winter wellbeing. There’ll be practical tips, recipes and plenty of inspiration to take home, too.

Think wood-burning fires, candlelight, a table full of beautiful food and good company. Weather permitting, we’ll round off the evening gathered around the open fire for a ceremonial cacao.

A little winter nourishment, a chance to slow down and an evening around the table. We’d love you to join us.

**Friday 27th November | 7–10pm**
Fickle Field
Norton Lane, Norton Mandeville, Essex, CM4 0LN
