And just like that, Misleór 2026 is woven into the story...

From the stages of Galway to the fair in Ballinasloe, what a journey it's been.

A few glimpses of the magic so far, with more photos and video to come!

5 days filled with music, dance, film, stories, big conversations, new collaborations, young talent and moments we couldn't have planned if we tried.

We saw cultures meet and make something new. We saw young Travellers take up space and share their creativity. We saw artists bring their stories to the stage, audiences come together, and dancefloors fill with people celebrating side by side.
To every artist, participant, audience member, community partner, volunteer, funder and friend who made this year's festival possible, thank you for adding your thread to ours.

Misleór is about celebrating who we are, sharing our stories on our own terms, and building connections that reach beyond the festival itself.
The festival may be over for now, but the work, the conversations and the connections continue.
And of course none of this would be possible without the support of The Arts Council / An Chomhairle Ealaíon, The Heritage Council, University of Galway Access Centre, Galway and Roscommon ETB , Ardán, Galway City Arts Office, Galway County Council and many more partners
Go raibh míle maith agaibh. 💛

This year’s Schools Programme will bring live music, stories and creative experiences directly to children across County Monaghan.

We are delighted to welcome Jack Warnock, Claire Sherry and Tim Doyle, alongside Exploring the Wonder of Anam Ċara.

These events are arranged directly with participating schools.

Soo I guess straps are kinda cool? 👀

Had an amazing few days at the @irishaerialcc for the Level Up 2026 residency with @katharina_.natascha and @prinz_johann. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible knowledge with us and making such a tough discipline feel so accessible.

Here are some snippets from the texhnique classes but I really loved the creative work we did too. A reel for that to follow.

Big thank you also to @aeriallyd and @dimar_circus for putting forward this wonderful proposal and organising every detail to make it happen.

Looking forward to more!

Also, had to include the lil @circlecirque cameo 💙
