No. 29 creative direction and concept for @happiest_baby’s Strengthen Your Village campaign.

The premise: having children isn’t about buying more things but about investing in community. Raising children was never meant to be a solo endeavor, and no amount of stuff can change that. Strong families require strong villages.

As a pediatrician-founded company, @happiest_baby is working to make life-changing postpartum support more accessible to families everywhere, advocating for insurance coverage of SNOO and helping employers provide free SNOO rentals as a family benefit (not to mention the SNOO rental program). More than 150 companies already do.

To amplify this work, we asked a handful of brilliant woman to celebrate another woman they turned to during pregnancy and postpartum. The result is a series of conversations and images (by @sunnyshokrae) of @sophia_roe, @itsginabruno, @noor, @sophfei, @thedreamawake, @bella_fifi, @dominiquedrakeford, @unconsumingmotherhood, @jazmynedrake, @alexandrafairweather, @lexivuvu, @celia_ellenberg, and @carlycushnie

Help strengthen the village for more families and invite your employer to offer SNOO as a benefit through the link in @happiest_baby’s bio. Small actions can create meaningful change for parents when they need it most.

There is no manual to motherhood. But there are ways to strengthen your village.

You need the people who show up. The friends who answer late-night texts. The family, neighbors, coworkers, and helping hands that make the hard days a little easier. And the right tools can help too. Every family deserves support, and SNOO can be part of that village.

SNOO calms crying, boosts sleep, and helps keep babies safely on their backs. That's why hundreds of employers offer SNOO Rental as a benefit. Because when parents are supported, everyone wins. Does yours?

Fill out the short form in our bio and we'll take it from there. Or visit happiestbaby.com/SNOOforall

We’re proud to spotlight @happiest_baby’s “Strengthen Your Village” campaign in ISSUE 10—a call to reimagine what support for families can and should look like.

For too long, parents have been asked to navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum largely on their own. But raising children was never meant to be a solo endeavor. Strong families require strong villages.

To help spark that conversation, @happiest_baby invited a group of women (including @noor, @sophfei, @thedreamawake, @bella_fifi, @dominiquedrakeford, @unconsumingmotherhood, @jazmynedrake, @sophia_roe, @itsginabruno, @alexandrafairweather, @lexivuvu, @celia_ellenberg, and @carlycushnie) to reflect on the people who carried them through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting: the friends, relatives, neighbors, colleagues, and chosen family who showed up when it mattered most.

But this campaign isn’t just about celebrating support. It’s about expanding it.

As a pediatrician-founded company, @happiest_baby is working to make life-changing postpartum support more accessible to families everywhere, advocating for insurance coverage of SNOO and helping employers provide free SNOO rentals as a family benefit. More than 150 companies already do.

Because every parent deserves a village—not just the fortunate few.

Help strengthen the village for more families and invite your employer to offer SNOO as a benefit through the link in @happiest_baby’s bio. Small actions can create meaningful change for parents when they need it most.

"Motherhood is one of the greatest forms of leadership." @thedreamawake

But for many women, becoming a mother also means being pushed out of the workforce. Last year alone, more than 455,000 women left the workforce, and nearly half cited caregiving as the reason.

There's much work to be done. Support for parents shouldn’t be a luxury. And no mother should have to choose between her career, her well-being, and her family.
Thousands of employees already receive free SNOO rentals through their parental benefits. Help strengthen Mom's village.

Invite your employer to join our SNOO employee benefit program at the link in bio.
