— Donna Haraway

This is your sign to stop by those random pop-ups you see, because you never know what side quest you’d get out of it 🤣✨

SILIQ has been selected for the UK’s @asffestival Aesthetica Short Film Festival and will be showcased at the VR & Immersive Lab from November 4–8. This will mark SILIQ’s European premiere following its premiere at the @khfilmfestival Kaohsiung Film Festival.

I was asked by Aesthetica to create a short filmmaker introduction video, which gave me the opportunity to reflect on this multifaceted project and the tremendous amount of energy and dedication that went into it.

Button-mashing. Mechanical cranking. Pure teamwork chaos. 💥🕹️

We teamed up with @fifthatrium to bring an electrifying pop-up challenge to downtown Dallas’s AT&T Discovery District for the upcoming Taiwan Expo!

Guided by Taiwan Excellence’s mascot FuBear, duo teams faced off in a high-energy race against the clock: one player mashing, one player cranking, both powering up the "Ultimate Meter" for a shot at the top 10 leaderboard and exclusive Taiwan Excellence prizes. 🏆🔥

Continuous crowds, epic teamwork, and non-stop energy, Dallas showed up and powered up!

This year’s poster presents Asia as a living collage of cultures, identities, and stories brought together through cinema.

Garments, patterns, textures, and visual references from across the region overlap within one figure, while each retains its own character.

The image reflects the extraordinary diversity of Asia and the way film creates a shared space where different traditions and perspectives can meet, connect, and be seen together.

“At the First Waking of the Earth” by Fifth Atrium
@fifthatrium

When it stood,
The earth had yet to take shape.
Its muscles pulled taut the direction of the wind,
Its spine pointed toward borders not yet named.
It was not for the sake of running,
But for the sake of answering the world that it existed.
The horse’s body
Awoke before the land;
And so, the new world
Began to take form.

Fifth Atrium
