@figideation helps people get unstuck through corporate facilitation and holistic wellness so you can live a joyful life and move ideas into action.

I had the absolute best time working with Angela from @figideation. 💜 Definitely go check out her site and work with her if you need corporate facilitation or wellness services.

Angela reached out to me because her site was built on Wordpress and it was too hard to update and maintain. Her current website no longer reflected the direction her business had gone.

Now, she has a beautiful site (built on Squarespace) that is easy to update and showcases her branding and personality. Plus a clear path for people to book a consult (all without her having to email back and forth to find a time).

If you’re ready to grow your business without burning out, DM me and let’s chat!

Ayurveda, but make it practical. 🌿

Join us for Ayurveda 101 — a hands-on introduction to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and how you can actually bring it into your everyday life.

Together we’ll explore the three doshas, the gunas, the Ayurvedic clock, daily + seasonal rhythms, and practices for building more self-awareness around what your body needs.

You’ll also begin creating your own Dinacharya — a daily routine designed to support greater balance, vitality + intention.

Guided by Angela Thomas, Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, this workshop is all about giving you knowledge you can take home and put into practice. 🤎

Saturday, October 10 | 1:30–3:30 PM

Your body is a garden.

The flowers don’t bloom by chance—they bloom because they’re tended to.

Pull the weeds that no longer belong.
Water yourself with presence.
Nourish yourself with what gives you life.
Stretch what has become tight.
Breathe into what you’ve been holding.
Release what you’ve outgrown.
Then become still enough to feel the healing vibrations wash over you.

Join Angela for Yin Yoga & Sound Healing, where we’ll slow down, soften, and create the space to grow from the inside out.

A little home away from home on the Boise Bench.
A space to move your body, calm your mind, celebrate your wins, cry when you need to, laugh until your cheeks hurt, and find people who become your chosen family.

That has always been our hope for The Portal.
A place in Boise where people know your name.
Where you walk in and instantly exhale.
Where movement replaces pressure.
Where conversations turn into friendships.
Where you’re welcomed exactly as you are.

You don’t have to earn your place here.
You already belong.

If you’ve been looking for your people, your safe space, or simply somewhere to reconnect with yourself…
We saved you a spot for you on the Boise Bench. 🤍

Two incredible women.
Two devoted mamas.
Two Yogi’s Deeply rooted in this commUNITY.
And both with a love for slowing it all down.

This isn’t about rushing through poses.
It’s about feeling your body.
Breathing deeper.
Moving with purpose.

Each week brings a slightly different rhythm…
but the intention stays the same:
to ground, to soften, to come back to yourself.
9:30AM Slow Flow
Led by Rhonda + Angela (alternating each week)

Still reflecting on our Spring Mastermind… and the word that keeps coming up is depth.

Last night was something can’t be manufactured or even find the perfect words to explain… it was a feeling…

There were tears.
There was laughter.
There was raw, honest vulnerability.
Growth became inevitable.

So grateful for each of you who brought your wisdom, your openness, and your truth into the space.
This is how we grow. Not alone—but together.

That’s the power of intentional space.
Looking forward to what unfolds from here.
