POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thoughts on a Thursday- this is me looking like I've got it all together, like wow- I've got an Ad in a magazine, my own episode on a docuseries, my own articles published in magazines, my own guesting experiences on pod casts, awards, etc. But, what these pictures don't tell you is also me. The countless hours spent trying to come up with the things, like my healing methods and programs I've been developing, and events I've been running and speeches I've been giving and websites I've been building and networking events and researching and using Canva and ChatGPT and creating social media posts, hoping people will read them, and finding people who want to “help” me, but it costs lots of money, and dreaming and hoping and sharing my story and being vulnerable and putting myself out there for the world to see. I've come to the conclusion that none of this is for the faint of heart, which I see is what I was until now. I have a passion to not quit or give up on any of this until I get to where I want to go- I haven't even figured out exactly where that is yet. But, what I do know is this. The strength I never knew I had is needed right now to keep going. The strength I'm always telling everyone else to have and believe in. I need that too, especially on the days where I can't see where I'm going and I'm asking myself why I keep putting myself out there when it's so hard to be vulnerable. When I get feedback that's critical or harsh. That would have destroyed me in the early years, but now it's just continuing to add fuel to my fire. In conclusion to these thoughts- the flames are ignited within me, so that my light can continue to grow and help others who need it too.

Yesterday was our soft opening! 🌿

We wanted to open for just one day as a trial run, receive some feedback, and see how everything worked.

We were so surprised by how many people showed up, especially since we hadn’t even announced it!

It was a wonderful day, and our staff did an amazing job. Of course, there are still some things we need to adjust and improve , but yesterday was a great opportunity to learn, get familiar with the crowd, and see what works and what needs improvement.

A big thank you to our staff and to everyone who came to support us !

We’ll be announcing our official grand opening date very soon!!

If you visited us yesterday and would like to share your feedback, we would love to hear from you! Please send us an email at zencafebethlehem@gmail.com.

We are so grateful for this beautiful space, this opportunity, and the community that is already welcoming us.

🌮🍻 BUILT FOR CRAVINGS. 🍻🌮

We’ve been pretty damn excited to finally make this one official.

We’re teaming up with Birriaholic as we look to raise the bar on the food experience at The Lost Tavern Bethlehem Taproom and build something pretty special together.

Expect some of the crowd favorites you already know from Birriaholic’s Allentown location, along with new creations built specifically around the Lost Tavern experience, craft beer pairings, and plenty more we can’t wait to share.

And you won’t have to wait until opening day for your first taste. 👀

🔥 THIS SATURDAY, 10/10 from 12–5PM, Birriaholic will be giving you a preview of what’s ahead as part of the Sip & Savor Trail during Harvest Fest in Downtown Bethlehem….. And who knows… they may just have a little more up their sleeve for Saturday. 👀 Stay tuned as we get closer!

There’s plenty more to come as we work toward an official opening. Follow @birriaholic_pa and @lost_tavern_brewing on Facebook & Instagram as we bring you along for the journey, share more of what we’re creating together, and reveal opening details soon.

BIRRIA • CRAFT BEER • BETTER TOGETHER. 🍺🌮

Some are seated, and one person is clapping. The background includes a sign for Good Shepherd Rehabilitation. An inset features a small photo of three individuals having a conversation in a different seating area. Text provides information about the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Wellness Center.
