Tantalus might be one of Squamish’s best-kept secrets 👀

Views. Trails. Quiet. Whistler within reach.

So…what do you prefer being close to the trails or mountain views??

✨ PILATES BALL DEEP CORE ✨

Pilates inspired deep core series using a Pilates ball!

Save this for your next workout or your next class plan :)

Option to keep the head and shoulders lifted throughout for a little extra spice & make sure to keep that ball squeezed 🌶️

Hi everyone!

We’re teaming up with FILI Space this weekend for Run Club. Come try out the SEEK trail running shoes from KEEN!

Join us for a 5 km trail run around Alice Lake, with an easy, social pace and approximately 200 m of elevation gain. Perfect for getting outside, meeting some new people, and putting the SEEKs to the test.

Meet at 8:30 AM and be ready to head out by 9:00 AM. Limited demo shoes are available, so arrive early if you’d like to try a pair.

Smoothies, coffee and goodies will be available for purchase. Pre-book your smoothie for 15% off!

Stick around after the run to be entered into a draw to win a FREE pair of KEEN shoes.

Sign up via the link in bio.
