Swing feeling weak and slow? Try this

Being able to create stretch is very important in your swing. Finn was struggling because he didn’t really create any, so when he wanted to pull the trigger he had to push the bat through the zone.

Think of the stretch like a rubber band.. if you don’t create the stretch the rubber band won’t go anywhere. Same with your swing. If you can’t create any stretch you will have to push your “rubber band” to the ball.

Creating stretch is different for each person, try to find a good way to get to a spot that feels comfortable but violent. Comment if you have any questions!
