Still stuck in the hospital due to diabetes. As a newly diagnosed, 5 years, person I am learning the hard way just how serious this disease can be. Even with our 🩸 sugar under control. I for one am losing another toe leaving me with just 6 1/2.. Not because of blood sugar, but the circulation problems that come with diabetes and a pair of really, really cute boots 👢 that I should not have worn as much as I did... leaving me wondering if I’m going to have to pay full price for a pedicure 🦶 which just as an aside, is ridiculous because there should be a 35% discount now that they have less work to do. But my body is winning, my age and my health is helping me keep my feet and minimizing the damage as much as possible. So when it’s time for me to reach for a snack, understand how serious it is.. I can’t just eat any old snack. 🍉 🍎

And that’s when I grab one of @eatshameless @finalbosssour and @smartsweets many snack bags. There is no way better to keep your blood sugar in check than to make sure when those sugar cravings hit we go for the best of the best. And honestly these snacks are so good everyone will love them. There is one for everyone. The Swedish fish from Smart Sweets, the real fruit from Final Boss or the sour gummies from Shameless.. pick one or try one of each! The sugar is just right!

We need to 🛑 buying these bad sugars and junk foods. Let’s face it candy, soda and snack companies are still in business because the same people that want healthy food choices still buy that crap too. And the same people you see in public health squares claiming to want healthy food choices for public validation are the same ones being paid to hold onto them to advertise to little kids. 🎥 ⚡️ Wolves in sheep’s clothing. Saying one thing and showing another. We’re never going to create the healthy 🇺🇸 we want like this. Especially if the same people trying to help solve the problem are the ones helping to continue it too.You can do better. You can be better. You deserve better. ❤️

@wonder_doodles - thanks for the beautiful picture! ❤️

Trying the Tropical Sampler Box from Final Boss Sour! This pack includes mango, pineapple, and kiwi flavors, in 3 different sour levels. Just how sour is each level? That’s what I’m here to find out. #sourcandy @finalbosssour
