Nate Robinson days until Knicks are back!

5’9” WITH THE HEART OF A GIANT.

Nate Robinson wasn’t the biggest player on the court, but he was always one of the most electrifying. Acquired by the Knicks in a draft-night trade in 2005, Robinson spent five seasons (2005–2010) bringing unmatched energy, fearlessness, and excitement to Madison Square Garden.

From explosive dunks and clutch performances to his unforgettable 41-point explosion against the Hawks in 2009, Nate became a fan favorite in New York.

At just 5’9”, he made NBA history by becoming the first player to win three Slam Dunk Contests (2006, 2009, 2010), famously leaping over 6’11” Dwight Howard in 2009.

He wasn’t just a highlight reel. He was the ultimate underdog who played with the confidence of a superstar and gave Knicks fans something to cheer about during some difficult years.

Nate Robinson was pure New York energy.

This was a year ago at the @nyknicks 2025-2026 tip off event at #MadisonSquareGarden! I can’t wait to see this place go wild when they call @jalenbrunson1’s name for the first time. We are only 9 days away from the first game of a Championship defending season! Let’s go #Knicks!!

My THOUGHTS ON THE KAT CONTRACT EXTENSION NEGIOTATIONS.

I think KAT’s name being involved in trade discussions for Giannis last season already put the Knicks and his camp on a rocky surface. You go out and win a championship and get hit with a number you feel doesn’t value you. On top of that the Knicks NIXED contract negotiations. Idk about you guys but if that was me I’m not willing to compromise as much money as you think because I feel like your disrespecting me, not valuing me and playing with my name.

I believe this relationship between both sides is really bumpy and because of that i believe everything is on the table as it pertains to towns future with the Knicks. I can’t believe we’re 10 days away from starting the journey towards repeating and this is the nonsense us Knicks fans have to be worried about. SMH.

I believe this gets resolved but this is frustrating lol.
