Nestled atop a rugged hill overlooking the breathtaking expanse of the Mediterranean, this house is a testament to architectural harmony with its design seamlessly integrated into the natural topography. Its layout, a graceful fusion of overlapping planes, elegantly conforms to the land’s contours. By artfully connecting the upper and lower levels, the floor plan not only invites panoramic views of the sea but also establishes a seamless transition from the dwelling to its surroundings.

New @fincajournal episode with @qdotmacdonald and @clivedanielhm, featuring this bold and beautiful home in Florida.

Tucked away on the waterfront of Siesta Key, Terri Milikin’s vibrant Mediterranean-style home redefines the art of bold design. Shared with her husband, the home is a testament to her fearless embrace of color, pattern, and texture. Rather than opting for the minimalism often seen in coastal properties, this residence is a maximalist masterpiece, where every detail tells a story.
