And then I realised I was burning out and putting to much pressure on myself

And then I realised I always put others before myself and would not receive the same energy back

And then i realised my value was something that should be honoured not taken advantage of

And then I ended up with a thyroid disease that overtook my body, mind and spirit

And then I realised I was adding so much into my schedule I felt overwhelmed just thinking about it

Until I realised my body was screaming for safety and nervous system regulation

Until I realised people were not considering my needs and didn’t care too much about how I felt

Until I was so overworked in so many areas of my life I burnt myself out

Because I was being ‘loyal’ and then realised that loyalty was not being returned

And now I don’t give a f**k 😬 i block out the external noise, I follow my instincts and trust myself more than the judgement from others

I saw the biggest changes in my health and wellness when I got back to basics and simplified everything. It raised my vibration and frequency to then ripple out to every area of my life.

This is the inspiration behind ‘Frequency of Her’ - my 8 week signature program that focuses on clearing, releasing and rejuvenating the body’s energy centres to elevate your frequency, mind, body, soul and spirit

This is for the woman who wants to remember who she is.

The woman who moves with certainty.
The woman who trusts herself.
The woman who stops shrinking to make everyone else comfortable.
The woman who knows her energy creates her reality.

Frequency of Her isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about stripping away the conditioning, self-doubt, fear and people-pleasing that have kept you disconnected from your true power.

When you change your frequency…
✨ You make different decisions.
✨ You attract different opportunities.
✨ You create a life that finally feels aligned.

The version of you you’ve been waiting for already exists.

It’s time to meet her.

✨ Enrolments are now open. Link in bio or DM FREQUENCY for all the details.

My heart is so full reflecting on my very first women’s community gathering, Return to Her, and the amount of love that was poured into this space.✨️

I want to take a moment to acknowledge and give a heartfelt thank you to the beautiful businesses who contributed to the well-being bags for the women who attended.
When creating these bags, I intentionally reached out to businesses whose values align with the heart of the work I do within community, businesses who believe in connection, culture, healing, and bringing women together in safe and supportive spaces.

Each offering that was placed inside these well-being bags was shared with care, knowing that it would pour back into the women in the room. Beautiful reminders for them to slow down, take care of themselves, fill their cups, and continue honouring their own journeys.

What these businesses gave was more than products or vouchers. It was a beautiful act of giving back to community and pouring into the women who showed up for themselves in that space.

To every business that contributed your beautiful offerings and products, thank you. Your generosity helped make this gathering even more meaningful for the women who attended.

It truly comes back to community, supporting small businesses and uplifting the people who continue to pour back into community and into the women who walk these spaces together.

From my heart to yours, I am deeply grateful and so thankful for the love and support that was poured back into this event, into the women, and into the community we are building together.

If you feel called to, please follow, support, and show some love to these beautiful businesses. Supporting them is another way we continue to give back to community and uplift the people who pour so much into spaces like these. 🤍
