We really did say no… many times! We are usually pretty private people.

But…we are so glad we ended up saying yes!

Filming Million Dollar Nannie’s was an experience not everyone gets to have.

The team at @hulu were the best! Camera crew, production guys and girls.. THE best.

We had an incredible time and we met some amazing friends. Even if, as you see here, not everything makes the cut!

Life is about having experiences and creating memories when and wherever you can. And that’s what we got to do.

Would we do it again? 💯 Yes…

Thank you @michellepeerali for the opportunity. You are a super⭐️, kind, talented and just an amazing human. We will see you in LA! 🩶🩶🩶

There isn’t an athlete worth their salt who isn’t nailing their nutrition. Don’t leave results on the table because you’re cleaning out the fridge.

If you want results in the gym, you 100% have to focus on the kitchen. Training is just the stimulus. Nutrition is the recovery and adaptation.

Hitting your macros is key. Here’s why…
Macro Breakdown

🍌Carbs fuel intensity. CrossFit lives in the glycolytic system—short, high-output bursts. Glycogen is king. If you’re under-eating carbs, you’re not “leaning out,” you’re just underpowered. No gas = no engine.

🥩Protein repairs muscle. Every snatch, burpee, and pull-up creates micro-tears. Protein is the brick and mortar that rebuilds you stronger. Skip it, and you’re basically trying to build muscle out of thin air.

🥑Fat supports hormones. Too little fat, and your hormones crash. Cortisol spikes, recovery tanks, and suddenly your body feels broken.

The Tricky Part
~Overfuel? You’ll out eat your performance and carry it like a weighted vest.
~Underfuel? Metabolism slows, recovery tanks, and burnout hits.
~Hit your macros? That’s where the magic happens. Enough fuel to train hard, enough nutrients to recover, and balance to finally see the progress you’re grinding for.

Bottom line: Most people over-focus on training and under-focus on nutrition. But if you want to look, feel, and perform your best, it’s far more important to nail what you’re putting in your body than how much you’re putting on the barbell.
