9 simple reminders to help you start the week with clarity, ease, and focus (dive deeper below) 🩷

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 📸 : @neyofilm @doan_ly @dylan.in.color @hello_dongwon @seaholics_ @neyofilm @neyofilm @desertarrowphotography @louiserumian_seascapes

If you are struggling to feel motivated in the face of overwhelm, self doubt, and overthinking.. I got you 👇

In the face of too many options, your brain will enter instant shut down mode 🙅‍♀️

(and the ability to problem-solve / make effective choices shuts down with it)

✨ Here is one way I help my clients pull out of this mind space and come out of our session feeling focused and motivated:

I help them reconnect to their vision 💡

When we zoom out and see the big picture our threat level can soften in our nervous system enough for us to see what the next step is for us.

So today, as you prepare to step into a new week.. paint the picture for how you want it to look and how you want to feel at the end 🎨

And continue to reconnect with that vision during the week!

Remember: when you connect to your vision, you connect to your motivation 💥 Save this post for overwhelming days and share with a friend who needs it 🤲

7 brain friendly reminders for clarity, optimism, and focus as you start the week 🩷 (Dive deeper below for some neuroscience to help)

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 📸 : @platoux @withdarkshades @doan_ly @odwyer_sio9 @donaldkmk @desertarrowphotography @samanthacavet

As you begin your week, consider this: opposed to thinking about what you fear might happen, try to stay in the present and deal with what happens each day 💡

Slow things down 🐌
Zoom out 🔎
Take the scenic view 🌄
Be where your feet are 🐾

𝘜𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 *𝘪𝘴* 𝘪𝘯 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 *𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵* 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯.

This process is called direct experience and can help manage stress and improve your creativity and energy 🪄

Remember: overthinking is split energy, clarity is aligned energy ✨

May the insight be with you!

6 gentle reminders for clarity, optimism, and focus to start your week 🩷

𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: @odwyer_sio9 @doan_ly @clouds.say.hello @shotswithcraig @alexkittoephotos @doan_ly

Last week I had a powerful session with a long time client. She had some really big insights about how important it was to “find her feet” throughout the day to feel more present. Normally she feels like she is obligated to do her to do list and wants more agency. This practice will help her center and come back to choice. So I wanted to lead with be where your feet are in honor of her great work and in hopes that you have a week with presence, optimism, and focus as well. Find your feet today 🩷

9 guiding principles for SEPTEMBER 🍁(𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 👇 )

𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧: @shinndierock @emilie.hofferber @nathan.head @mauro_roberto__ @chi_z.z @vapour_skies @alexkittoephotos @desertarrowphotography @shinndierock

👉 Happy September, y’all!! A new month means new guiding principles to keep you focused, motivated, and anchored ❤️

Guiding principles help you set an intention for who you want to be and how you want to get there ✨

These guiding principles are a place to start..

but what really makes it STICK is to write down the ones that really hit you or a few that are unique to you 📝

One of the ways I help my clients reduce overthinking is to facilitate the creation of their very own unique guiding principles 💭

Whether it be for work, overall life alignment, a fitness journey, or family relationships…

Guiding principles can help you stay on track and anchored within yourself ⚓️

Why?

Because when you have guidelines for your mind written down and easy to access they serve as a solid foundation for when your brain is going in a million directions 🧭

Guiding principles can be anything you make them, what are some of yours going to be for September? 💛

And if you to make September the month you finally take action towards building confidence and creating clarity in your life?

👉 You can schedule your first session with me at the link in my bio 💖 And if you have any questions you can always send me a DM!

Be well and happy September !! 🙏🏻
