What a day. The energy, the colors, the laughter — all for a great cause.
Grateful to everyone who showed up for the Brain Canada Walk this weekend to raise awareness and funds for mental health research.

Movement really is medicine — especially when shared.
💛💪 Big love to everyone who walked, jumped, smiled, and cheered.

There’s still time to donate and support this amazing cause — https://braincanada.akaraisin.com/ui/startfundraising/p/2c061dde75ab4455a68080b60c5b353f

Celebrating 3 Years with Carol 🎉💪

This month marks three years of training the fantastic powerhouse that is Carol.

It’s been amazing to see her embrace exercise, build strength, and become more vibrant, energetic, and proud of what she can do. She’s now moving with vitality miles beyond her age, and it shows in every session.

She’s fun, super cool, and someone I really enjoy on a personal level—which makes our time together all the better.

Here’s to three years of progress and plenty more ahead. 🙌

My amazing client Carol got creative in the kitchen and whipped up this delicious smoothie! 🍂🎥 I had to share her video—and the recipe is too good not to try:

🥄 Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin purée
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup strong coffee or cold brew
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond butter

Big thanks to @allthehealthythings for the recipe inspiration! 🙌

**Adaptable Workouts: Finding What You Need in the Moment**

This morning, my amazing client Carol wasn’t in the best mood. She had been dealing with a frustrating tech issue—locked out of her files and caught in an endless loop with unhelpful customer service bots. As we started our session, I could tell she was stressed. So, I offered her two options:

We could keep it light with some relaxing rehab and technique work, or we could turn up the intensity and go all out to release some of that frustration and boost those endorphins. Carol didn’t hesitate—“Beast mode!” she said. 💪

So, we dove into a high-energy workout, using exercise to exorcise the stress and energize her spirit. That’s the beauty of adaptable workouts—whether you need calm or a challenge, there’s always a way to move that fits your mood. Stay tuned for more of Carol’s story!

I am so grateful to know some truly beautiful (inside and out) humans, amazing mamas and role models in my life. TBH this post made me so very teary eyed putting it together. 😭 I could add 25 more mamas that inspire me. I love you all - to those past and present including my incredible grandmothers 💖 And last but certainly not least, to my own mama, I love you so much. Thank you for always wanting the best for me, being my biggest cheerleader and teaching me how to love unconditional love. I am so lucky 🍀

A common question we get asked is 👇

What colour dry shampoo should I use for silver hair? 🧐

Answer: Light dry shampoo! 💫

Our beautiful model Carol @findingvintage is a huge fan of our all-natural USDA Certified Organic Dry Shampoo in "light".

It gives your hair volume and texture, while extending the time between washes.
