We’ll explore Lima’s markets, make ceviche and pisco sours, enjoy the comforting flavors of Chifa, and head into the spectacular Sacred Valley. Along the way: Andean food traditions, a visit with the “Potato Whisperer” Manuel Choqque, and the unforgettable beauty of Machu Picchu.

We’ll finish back in Lima with a private Nikkei demonstration, tasting, and dinner—a delicious celebration of where Japanese and Peruvian traditions meet.

Our alumnae had a great time at the 2nd Annual Wine & Fries: A Taste of Spain! 💃🍷🍟

The event raised $77,500 to provide a home away from home and support for families with children receiving medical treatment. Our alumnae association is honored to have played a small part in helping families stay close to their children when they need each other most.

We’re back, and The Cocoplum is coming alive in a whole new way. ✨

It was an honor to welcome the Ronald McDonald House Charities @rmhcsfl for their annual celebration and see our spaces transformed for an evening centered on community and impact.

The Cocoplum was never meant to be experienced only one way. From corporate gatherings to nonprofit events and milestone celebrations, every space can take on a different energy shaped by the people, purpose, and vision behind it.

A different side of our space. And one we’re excited to share more of.

Grateful for organizations like the Ronald McDonald House @rmhcsfl - and specifically- the Red Shoe Society within the organization. This is a group of powerhouse women who joined together to make a difference in the lives of families with critically ill children. @ronaldmcdonaldhouse has been a huge blessing in my life and I’m thrilled to pay it forward. ❤️ Proud to be a founding member of the @redshoesocietysfl and thank you for inviting me to emcee again this year. Also… I never thought McDonalds fries could get even better! Chef @eileenandrade made 4 incredible sauces and now I can’t eat a papita 🍟 without them 😩🙃😩🙃❤️ @finkatableandtap @amelias1931 .
