Hey how are ya - sorry I missed your calls we have been busy dissolving the band 😁

C.O.B.B. and all it is will be no more after Halloween. Bittersweet but all of us are moving on with our lives, like starting other bands and getting proper jobs.

We are using this final show to highlight, support and hopefully raise some funds for our dear friend and biggest C.O.B.B. Supporter Liv!! She has been diagnosed with cancer and we want to do as much as we can to support her ❤️ ❤️.

There are too many things to say about liv and how much she means to the world and us, so a second post will hit your feed in the coming days.

It’s a Halloween show so costumes are mandatory!! Royal oak will kick anyone out in a basic tee and three quarter length jorts… maybe.

Joined by the best bands in the biz so please stick around for us, may have made the lineup too stacked. A little about the bands…

When me and aggie were younger we would wake up at 5 in the morning and grab mums wigs and high heels, get dressed up in them and stand at the end of the bed until mum and dad noticed us all dressed up.
So I thought a dress of wigs was best suited for my mumma and artsy aunty's exhibition 'memorabilia'

Finlay Ross is a post-punk revival artist from Newcastle, NSW, known for her magnetic stage presence and genre-defying sound. Since the release of her most recent EP Kismet, she’s become a fixture on stages along the East Coast, building a dedicated following through high-energy, emotionally charged performances that swing between raw punk intensity and dreamlike introspection.
Blending jagged guitars, melodic basslines, and vintage synth textures, Finlay’s music sits somewhere between the urgency of Amyl and the Sniffers, the art-rock edge of Electrelane, and the surreal theatricality of Kate Bush. Her sound is gritty, ethereal, and unpredictable — a reflection of an artist who isn’t interested in playing it safe.
