The festival circuit of NOT FOR SALE has come to an end and what better way to celebrate this than at the awards ceremony of this year’s RTS Student Television Awards tomorrow afternoon 🏆 We shot this film during lockdown at the @screenacademyscotland without knowing if it was ever going to see the light of day. 3 years later it has been screened at multiple festivals around the world including Canada, Spain, the UK, Germany, Italy, France & has received a nomination for this year’s @academiadecine in Spain! Congrats to everyone who worked so very hard to make this film happen & a big thank you to @cantabriafilm & @digital104_filmdistribution who helped us with the distribution of the film. NOT FOR SALE will be screening tomorrow at the @royaltelevisionsociety awards at the @britishfilminstitute at 2pm. Come & find us there if you’re around 💙

During lockdown, while we still back at uni, we started developing the story without knowing whether it’s ever going to be made. Rules were changing daily & many times our production was almost about to shut down. We had to work around many restrictions and had to cut off several things we thought as essential for the production. Nevertheless we made it, our film is now in festival circuit & in one week’s time we expect more than 80 people to our private screening! Looking back to our casting call, which you can see in this post, we couldn’t be more proud of the crew & cast for this mutual achievement. Let’s all celebrate it at the screening! 🎉🖤🪩
