Parker getting another big course under his belt! He had a good run around his first 1* XC. He is still green to this level but I'm pleased with how he handled himself 🩵 #ParksideCharm

First Area II Championships in the books! Willow and I completed our first area champs as a team this weekend in the beginner novice rider division and it was amazing! Saturday we earned a 38.8 on dressage which is respectable as it’s not our strongest phase. We sped around xc coming in around a minute too fast but clear for the first time at the beginner novice level, leaving us in 9th heading to Sunday. Sunday we had a (mostly) clean show jump, I did in fact get launched to quite a few but had a quick time. We finished 7th out of a competitive group of 17!!

For my first full season of eventing and on a new horse, I am beyond proud of my results! My two goals at the beginning of the season were to move up to beginner novice and qualify for area champs. My qualification may have been achieved very last minute but I still did it and had some of my best riding this weekend.

I’m very thankful for my family supporting me through this season and allowing me to continue working with Willow now focusing on coming back just as strong next season.

And to @grice_rachael for giving me the opportunity to ride such an amazing horse and coaching me through all the ups and downs! She has helped me come such a long way just in one season and I’m beyond grateful!

Preliminary✔️

Still in disbelief that I get to say Prim and I are officially a Prelim pair!! In under two years, Prim has given me so many firsts, and it felt so special this weekend to see and feel just how much she has learned while tackling a first for both her and l.

She has come SO far in the dressage, flew around XC adding only 2.4 time penalties really hunting down the flags, and the show jumping is slowly but surely coming along... especially considering she went around in a snaffle (iykyk 😜) A top 5 finish with a pretty pink ribbon was a fun bonus!
So incredibly proud of this mare and grateful to pursue these opportunities with her 💗💗

As always a huge thank you to everyone near and far supporting us!!

A great couple of days in Kentucky at Jumpstart, even if it didn’t end the way we planned. What I saw in Brooks and Teddy means more than any ribbon: dedication, partnership, kindness, and real sportsmanship when things didn’t go their way. Those are the things that build success outside the ring.

Huge thanks to @ainsley_slicker for her tireless work with this pair, and for the reminder that bringing along a young horse is never easy.

And to the internet friends whose bond started over horses but shows up as girls supporting girls when it matters most: you rock, @heyitsjacksfavorites 💞

what a weekend for this team!🖤💙 this team displayed such outstanding kindness, sportsmanship, and work ethic on top of more incredible rides! We had 5 riders compete at the Tomora Horse Trials and there was not a single rail or xc jump penalty at all! What an achievement!
@kkc.equestrian and Yuki had an outstanding BN move up only adding some time to their dressage score! ✨ her well sat bronc moments in dressage all gave us a giggle!
@robynritsch and Taylamor Penelope led start to finish on a 29.1 and added another great run to P’s record. As the announcers said on multiple occasions, this pony is legendary!💙
Valentine and Marilyn Monroe had one of their best runs of the year, also finishing on their dressage score! Let me tell you, this girl is tough and so strong💗 I could not be more proud of her attitude when faced with adversity.
Simone and Sir Cormac were able to showcase all of their hard work so well this weekend, only adding some xc time to their dressage score after their darn trainer made them school the water on xc 😜 we are so excited to see what next season has in store for them!
Daisy Duchess finished her first ever event (and dressage test and xc course😂) on her dressage score! We’ve got some homework to do with the water jump so @mr_eventing doesn’t have to pull anymore gymnastics moves, but what a super start to this young pony’s career!

And it truly takes a village! A huge thanks to all of the parents and family members, the @eqx.media guys for the footage, and all of the organizers and volunteers of the event for making everything happen! We absolutely love this event✨🖤

And a huge thank you to @skylinestablesco for all of the work and love behind the scenes! We are grateful to call Skyline home 🫶🏼

Watson was on fire yesterday, taking me around my first official Training, adding just 1 second of time on XC to our dressage score to secure the WIN 🏆⭐️ Absolutely over the moon with my best boy, making my longtime goals become a reality 🖤 Immensely grateful for @atriereventing support and guidance for getting me to this point, to my parents, our amazing teammates @jmu_clubeventing for making this weekend possible, and everyone else in between - it takes a village and mine is truly one of a kind ☺️ #WhatTheDevil #AshleyTrierEventing #JMUClubEventing
