Join us this Sunday at 4:00 PM at the Union Chapel for a special screening of Island Voices: Jim Wall, along with a sneak peek at additional Island Voices documentaries that will be shown later this winter.

In collaboration with the Henry L. Ferguson Museum, Fishers Island School Class of 2026 seniors Griffin Harris, Lukas Norton, and Dallas Rodriguez captured the story of longtime island resident Jim Wall as part of their Island Voices documentary series.

👻 It’s official… spooky season starts later this week! 🎃

And apparently, Fishers Island has quite the haunted history! This October, we’d love to collect and share some of Fishers Island’s ghost stories in the lead-up to Halloween!

Have you heard a local ghost story? Experienced something you couldn’t quite explain? Know of a haunted house, mysterious island legend, or creepy tale that’s been passed down through the years?

We want to hear it! 👻

Old stories, new stories, firsthand experiences and family legends are all welcome. Photos and videos are VERY encouraged!

📧 Send your Spooky Fishers Stories to Emily@ficommunitycenter.org

We’ll share some of our favorites as Halloween gets closer! 🎃
