This summer wasn’t particularly conducive to spending time in the alpine for @fionalynch_ and I; all the more grateful for this gorgeous July evening.

Summer 2024

Just before breaking my ankle, I began to teach @fionalynch_ to ride my skateboard. She quickly found a love for sideways gliding, and has kept my board rolling consistently over the past year. It’s been sweet to see how easily she took to snowboarding after learning to turn on the skateboard. I’m excited to follow her around @themtbakerskiarea this winter!

This spring I added a 70 dollar 25mm manual prime to the collection. The manual controls demand a more patient, methodical approach while still being able to enjoy the convenience of digital. I’ve found that when fit to my Sony body, it feels like a small film camera that I carry around my neck during little excursions. This compact setup has been a joy to shoot with as I’ve enjoyed getting back on my feet adventuring!
