We hosted our first Denim Lab! ALDEA brought together @fiosk_ , @lilienneg , and @paulaclematide , three textile designers who helped people see what an old garment can become when you give it time, intention, and a pair of good hands. Sewing machines running, fabric sprays flying, ideas flowing. But what we loved most was the energy in the room, people chatting, making, connecting. Who knows, maybe some new friendships started that evening too. That’s the kind of space we want to keep building. More of this. 🌱 #DenimLab #ALDEAHUB #CircularFashion

On Wednesday, we’re hosting Denim Lab A hands-on evening with three designers who met while studying textile design in Lucerne and have been collaborating ever since, united by the idea of making fashion last longer and making it fun. Fiona combines repair, creative experimentation, and collaborative making. She is interested in the stories behind materials and in finding new ways to reuse and transform them, creating personal connections to clothing and textiles. Lilienne loves working with used materials from different contexts to create intricate objects and fashion accessories. In her work, she enjoys combining textures, patterns, and lots of glamour, while also designing her own prints. Paula is a repair specialist who pushes the lifespan of textiles as far as possible. She is constantly exploring new techniques, driven by the materials she discovers. Bring a denim piece you’ve stopped wearing. Together, we’ll explore what it could become, repairing, upcycling, and transforming your garments so you can fall in love with them again. 📅 Wednesday, June 10 · 19:00–20:30 📍 Zürich 👉 Register: link in bio #Upcycling #SlowFashion #Zurich #TextileDesign #Repair CircularFashion
