POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I had the honor of sharing a dance prayerformance alongside the beautiful Brielle Águila @remembering_source
as she opened for @mosemusica a few nights ago in Miami 🙏🏼✨

This wasn’t choreographed. It was a prayer in motion. A channeling of the music, the song’s message, and the collective energy of everyone present.

A prayer for breaking ancestral cycles, moving pain through our bodies, feeling it to heal it, and remembering the power we hold to liberate ourselves and future generations.

We are the cycle breakers. We have the awareness and power to transmute pain into love, fear into trust, and remember the healer within.

What makes this expression so sacred is your presence. I surrender to the music, allowing myself to become a vessel for what is asking to move through me. The energy of those witnessing becomes part of the prayer we co-create together.

What makes sharing this with Brielle so special is that she truly sees and honors the potency of this exchange, not only for those witnessing, but for herself as an artist sharing the stage.

This is why I dance. Not simply to perform, but to pray through my body. To embody the messages we are here to remember and awaken something within us all.

Thank you, Brielle, Mose, @fire_flies_forest @kaheal__ @midlinemiami @retreatswithale & @ramirezrod , all my teachers and every soul who shared their presence.

What an honor to be a vessel for this prayer 💚✨

A little reflection on the power of dance as prayer 🙏🏼✨

Last night, I had the honor of sharing a dance prayerformance alongside Brielle Aguila @remembering_source as she opened for @mosemusica at @fire_flies_forest

I’ll share the full dance prayer video soon

What I love about sharing this with Brielle is that she truly sees and honors the potency of this expression, not only for those witnessing, but for herself as an artist sharing the stage.

There was no choreography. Only surrender, presence, and a willingness to become a vessel for the music, the message, and the collective energy.

A prayer for breaking ancestral cycles, moving pain through our bodies, and remembering the power we hold to heal and liberate ourselves.

This is more than a performance. It’s a prayer we co-create together.

So grateful for every soul who was part of it. 💚✨

More from this beautiful experience coming soon…

Music has always been my medicine.

A compass that’s guided me through life’s darkest season.

Through all my pain
Through all my grief
Music has been a constant.
A guiding light when I was lost.

I’m grateful for the music that moves me,
The music that move through me
And the power it has to move others too.

God has put a unique expression in each of our hearts. And like the parable of the talents we can either put our gifts to use or we can bury them.

I’m learning to share my heart more. To share the vulnerable parts of me that I’ve been withholding for far too long.
My hope is that we all become a little braver in expressing what’s true within us. Because when we do, we create bridges back to one another.

“Oh there’s a field, meet me there.”

So follow your hearts calling✨

Sing your soul songs, dance your souls dance,
Weave your sacred tapestry.

Trust your heart.
Life will take care of the rest🤍

If you know, you know…
Emily has impacted thousands around the world through meditation and deep inner work.
And me… I’m here bringing the Voice Temple + Future Mantra experience…
voice, movement, prayer, music… a full body remembrance.

Because right now…so many people are feeling it.

That quiet knowing…
there’s more to me than the life I’m living.

A deeper self.
A truer expression.
A version of you that’s been waiting… ready to come through.

This is a space for that.

🍫 Cacao ceremony
🧘‍♀️ Meditation + breathwork
🎶 Voice Temple activation
💃 Future Mantra dance
🔔 Sound bath integration

A full journey to meet yourself… and then express it.

Not perform.
Not impress.
Just… be.

And in that… we remember what real community feels like.

⚡ Last tickets are live now
⚡ Bring your people
⚡ Let’s fill this room with something real

Let’s rise as the new wave…

WHAT IS FUTURE MANTRA? 🔥🕊🎶

Future Mantra is about bringing ancient medicine into the present moment.

For thousands of years humans sang together.

We sang as prayer.
We sang as nourishment.
We sang to stay warm around the fire.
We sang to stay connected with each other and with God.

These sacred mantras once lived mostly inside temples and ceremonial spaces.

Future Mantra is about bringing them out into the world again so people from every culture and background can experience their power together.

We sing ancient mantras from different traditions.
We sing modern affirmations.
We sing universal channeling.
We sing sacred toning where there are no words at all.

And we dance while we sing.

It takes ecstatic dance to another level because the voice is moving too.
Breath moving. Blood moving. Energy moving. 🔥

For years we’ve been paying to go watch other people sing…
which in many ways means paying to watch other people heal themselves.

Yes, we receive some of that vibration…
but they receive most of the medicine because they are expressing it.

Future Mantra changes that.

This isn’t about entertainment.

This is participation.
This is community.
This is the earth choir waking up again. 🌍🎶

You are not the audience.

You are the choir.

Next Future Mantra Dates:

Guatemala 14th March @eaglesnestatitlan
Miami 22nd March @ecstatic_flow108
Saint Pete March 26th
@sacredcity_
New York April 4th @fire_flies_forest
Texas April 15th @peakingmovie
