We’ve loads of South African friends and customers. Today will settle a few rugby debates but whatever the result, no one can argue with the fact that South African biltong is better when it’s made with our beef.

Guinness and Biltong ready for the match, not feeling too confident but we really need to win or I’ll be swerving @firedup365 and others for a while 😂

If you love burgers but want to take them to the next level you need to try my potato bun recipe out, so much better than supermarket brioche plus they freeze so well! #burgerbun #burger #bread #baking

🔥 South African Braai Vibes 🔥

In South Africa, BBQ isn’t just cooking—it’s a braai, and it’s a way of life! 🇿🇦🔥 A roaring wood fire, the scent of sizzling boerewors, lamb chops, and steak, and a table surrounded by friends and family—that’s what braai is all about. Fire, flavor, and unforgettable moments.

If you want to bring the authentic braai experience to your backyard, here’s what needs to be on the grill:
🥩 Boerewors – Spiced South African sausage
🍗 Chicken Peri-Peri – Flame-grilled with a fiery kick
🍢 Sosaties – Marinated skewers with apricots
🐟 Snoek – Whole grilled fish with apricot glaze
🔥 Braai Broodjies – Toasted cheese & tomato sandwiches over the coals
🌽 Grilled Corn on the Cob – Charred and buttery goodness
🍛 Pap & Sheba – Maize porridge with a rich tomato sauce
🌶️ Chakalaka – Spicy veggie relish

At Grilling Gear UK, we believe in BBQ traditions that bring people together. Whether it’s a classic braai or a backyard BBQ, it's all about the fire, the food, and the memories.

What’s your go-to braai dish? Drop it in the comments! 👇🔥 #UnforgettableBBQMoments
