FE Friday-9” nail puller.

🔹I’ve found carrying this in my pocket, for daily service calls or when we go to assist, has proven to be useful almost daily.

🔹On service calls this is a great tool for slipping gates, lobby and breeze way doors. Pair this with a wedge and you’d be surprised how effective and quick you can be slipping latches.

🔹When all else fails. Just grab a 30” Bar. 💥

PRO BAR VS TD30

Arguably two of the most recognizable and iconic tools in the trade when it comes to the Halligan.

🔹The Fire Hooks Unlimited Pro Bar

-Its the OG. The gold standard. Any good working company that has an understanding of tools, across the country, probably has one. Hell, I have two my self.
-Made and modeled after the original Halligan bar by the Halligan Don Hugh Halligan of the FDNY.

-Made from a single piece of 4140 high carbon steel. Single piece drop forged. I’ve had my original one for 15 years. It’s been through hell and still stands up to any task it’s put to.
-The only “con” is you have to tune it. If you call it a con? I actually don’t mind taking the shoulders down to make them square. Or cutting set marks into the fork and adz. It’s makes the tool yours. There’s some pride in that.

-Probably the most trusted tool in the fire service. Fire Hooks Unlimited cuts no corners and has been putting out some of the most quality and trusted tools in the fire service for decades. USA owned and made.

🔹Council Fire Tool TD 30

-One of the new comers on the market. But Council Tool is not new to the market by any means. They have been in business for over 100 years. Family owned and operated right here in the USA.

-The TD30 is made from the same 4140 high carbon steel single piece drop forged. Making this Halligan just as durable and reliable as the OG.

-TD stands for “Tuned and Dressed.” Meaning that your set marks are already cut into the bar. And the fork crotch is widened for pulling Adam’s locks and door handles. The shoulders are squared off for working in tight quarters. All right out of the box.

🔹Overview: If the Pro bar is the gold standard the TD30 is right next to it. We have used both of these bars. 1000’s of reps both in training and in real life. I can confidently say you can’t go wrong with either. Ultimately it comes down to preference.

👉TWTC Carries both. Want to get your self one or have questions send us a message www.theworkingtruckcompany.com or links in our bio.
