all u need is some weights (go heavier), a block & to lock tf in 👏 (ankle weights optional for added 🌶️) heel elevated squats to get into the quads drive through the heels 🫶 proud chest at the top hot take: pulsing is an even better excersize for the mind!!!! stick with the discomfort & you can tackle anything life throws at you a lil sneaky upper body layering never hurt 🙂‍↔️🌟💫 balance balance balance!!! yogi drishti is rlly handy here. engage core, engage glutes & of course, engage through your quads 🙏 pulse it out & get right into the other side 🤩💫

a day in my life at 29, working for myself, running two businesses, and living in st. pete, florida 🌴  my schedule makes absolutely no sense to anyone but me 😂 one minute i’m at a 7am networking meeting talking about my social media agency @flauntmediamanagement, a few hours later i’m filming brand deals, and by the end of the day i’m on zoom with a bunch of fellow content creators talking about the internet 💻 working for myself can get a little lonely though, which is why my @soulcialsuite internet coworkers have become such a fun part of my week 🫶 sometimes you just need other people who understand why you’ve spent 30 minutes debating a usage clause or need a second opinion on a brand email 📧 throw in a workout in a 103° room and a massage and that’s a pretty accurate glimpse into my life these days 😂 anyway, a little day in my life 🫶 p.s. if you’re a creator who could use some internet coworkers too, you can find mine inside @soulcialsuite 🤍

glutes were harmed in the making of this sequence 🍑 using the block to fire up that front glute + challenge core stability & balance sendddd the hips back like you're closing a car door with your booty 🍑 no bc the 1/2 range pulses send me to the depths fire up those outer glutes + add a sweep for extra intensity a pulse of course holding that hinge fires up the glutes + core while rows & triceps work to strengthen the posterior chain love a deficit for extra range of motion + a deeper stretch through the glutes press 🤝 pulse sneaky shoulders & core stability inner thighs & glutes 🍑 + an elevation for a deeper stretch & stability challenge
