🪶 Extended version of the heartbreak story behind Spinors’ “You Loved The Cage” (part 1) 📽️ Following the successful release of the band’s latest single, we decided to release the story starring @kelsie_bre3 and @alfieleebailey in a vertical format, with an extended version that allows you to better understand and appreciate the story without being limited by the song’s music video format 💌 This is the first part of several, and we see the beginning of the love story, where we can already spot some of the conflicts that will unfold, with the appearance of Steampunk demons such as @iam_deadline12 @countess1vampsan and @fireghost_music, who symbolise different insecurities and conflicts within the story 👮🏻 What an ending to this first part, with @madamelondonking and @fireghost_music joining the cast 🔗 Link to the full original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZzZADuduPo \#spinors #steampunk #rock #band #uk

YOU LOVE THE CAGE — OUT NOW! “And now that you’re free, you don’t love me anymore” The song tells one side of the story.... the video tells the whole truth One of them found the way out, and the other stayed chained to the floor... who really left who? 👀 👉🏼 “YOU LOVE THE CAGE” is the band’s third single. The song tells the story of a couple who, while locked in the same cage, held each other up through hunger and hardship and kept going no matter how little they had, until one of them breaks free. From the narrator’s point of view, it’s a story of abandonment: now that you’re free, you don’t love me anymore. But the video tells a wider version. She isn’t free, because she’s still trapped by addiction, while he managed to overcome his and chooses to move on. There’s no longer a clear victim, and the story becomes much more complex and layered 🎧 As for the audio, the track was composed by Sergie Code, with Nawe on drums and Santi on bass, and mixed and mastered by Nico Resnikof at Romaphonic Studios 📺 The video was directed and edited by Sergie Code, with cinematography by Jay Notley, and keeps the band’s 100% Steampunk aesthetic. It was shot in Lincoln, at Lincoln Cathedral and the Drill Hall, and in London, at St Dunstan in the East Church Garden. Huge thanks to the whole cast and crew, none of this would’ve been possible without them CREDITS @sergie_music — Composer, Director, Video Editor @notleyjay — Cinematographer, Director of Photography @djnawe — Drums (audio recording) @000santito — Bass (audio recording) @nico_resnikof — Mixing and Mastering Producer CAST @kelsie_bre3 — Girl @alfieleebailey — Boy @marialuztremsal — Therapist @iam_deadline12 — Deadline @countess1vampsan — Countess Steampunk Characters Kate Hope @krashovrload @gadgetsbyrod @ilovelolitadresses Melda @roge.rhadley Police Officers @madamelondonking @fireghost_music #spinors #youlovedthecage #steampunk #goth #music

🎸 Music Heals — The Great Jam Session Mental Health Awareness month special 📍 May 29th, 2026 @greatsouthernse19 Carousel 6/8 To bring attention to Mental Health Awareness month, a matter very dear to us at the Great Jam Session, our participants selected songs from a list cultivated around mental health and wellness, giving us an emotional journey through the night with big hits and deep cuts through some very different bands to our usual lineup. Working in aid of the charity Mind, we raised money via Justgiving and collections on the night, held a raffle for attendees and participants alike after a jam packed night of great music. In total we were able to raise £1089.15!! Once again we collected some memories from the night on our faithful GoPro 📹 Here’s a 60-second collection of every performance by our more than 40 participants— a brief snapshot into the incredible energy and collaborations shared. Until the next one… 🗓 June 26th 🎶
