Halfway through October 🎀

Because of you, we’ve already raised $125 through our Support Your Local Rack collection, and we’re not done yet.

A portion of proceeds from every purchase from this collection will be donated to Susan G. Komen at the end of the month.

Last year you guys helped us make a difference, and this year we’re hoping to do it again.

$300 is the goal. Going above that would be AMAZING!16 days left. Let’s get there. 🤝🎀

Thank you to those that have purchased already, and to the small businesses that helped put this together!

Support Your Local Rack.
For the women in our lives. 🩷

See the last photo for the final design.

Found this photo of a firefighter rocking the big saw. That saw-forward pose 🤌🏽.

I have this vintage Fire Prevention Week poster off my shop wall. This 1948 Print, red/black woodcut style - been obsessed with that graphic language.

Started carving it down. All sharp shapes, no gradients. Just black, white, and grey.

Here is the FINAL PIECE. Added the color block, the halftone, and let the saw do the talking. BRAAAAP / RAT-TAT-T-T-TA. . Should this be a print? Do you want to see more like this?

A little extra special one for us 🎀

This is our FIRST go at making hats in-house, and we couldn’t think of a better collection to start with.

The Support Your Local Rack Hats are officially LIVE, available in two styles and made right here by us.

We’re still learning, still figuring it out, and pretty damn excited to finally put these out into the world.

Even better, proceeds from this collection will be donated to Susan G. Komen in support of breast cancer awareness and research.

Limited run. Made with purpose. 🎀

Thank you guys for always supporting what we do. 🫶

HUGE thank you to all of the small businesses that help us run ours, we would not be able to do this without your guidance and generosity 🩷

STICKERS ARE LIVE! 🎀

Proceeds from every sticker sold will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in support of breast cancer awareness.

And we’re not done yet. Keep an eye out for a few more items dropping soon, including an extremely limited run of hats and tees.

Raise awareness, show support, and make an impact. 🩷

Huge thank you to @kellydayfireco for the amazing artwork!

And @firehousegraphics for knocking these stickers out ASAP!

Invest in your people.

Give them opportunities. Encourage their hunger. Support the ones who want more.

You don’t have to create every opportunity for them.

But you should never be the reason they stop looking for one.

Dear America 2026,

It’s September 12th, 2001.

Yesterday, the world changed.

There’s still smoke rising from New York. Families are still waiting for phone calls that aren’t coming. Firefighters are still digging through what’s left of the towers looking for their brothers and for people they’ve never met.

Nobody knows what happens next.

But I wish you could see America today.

Flags are hanging from front porches.

People are standing in line to give blood.

Strangers are hugging strangers.

Neighbors are checking on neighbors.

People are praying for families they will never meet.

For the first time in a long time, it doesn’t feel like your street, your town, your state.

It feels like our country.

And somehow, I’ve seen what happens years from now.

I’ve seen you forget this.

Not September 11th. You’ll remember the date.

You’ll post the pictures. You’ll say “Never Forget.” You’ll tell the stories.

But you’ll start forgetting September 12th.

You’ll forget what it felt like to need each other.

You’ll start looking at your neighbor and seeing their politics before their humanity.

You’ll argue with strangers like they’re enemies.

You’ll let differences become reasons to hate one another.

You’ll become so busy choosing sides that you’ll forget we were ever on the same one.

So I’m begging you, from September 12th, 2001:

Don’t forget this part.

Don’t forget the person standing beside you.

Don’t forget how quickly life can change.

Don’t wait for another tragedy to knock on your neighbor’s door.

Check on them now.

Help them.

Sit with them.

Love them.

Be their neighbor again.

Yesterday showed us the absolute worst of humanity.

But today, September 12th, is showing us something else.

It’s showing us what America looks like when we remember that we belong to each other.

Please don’t lose that.

Never forget September 11th.

But please…

remember September 12th.

Sincerely,

America, September 12th, 2021
