It wouldn’t be Friday without a surprise announcement 📣🐾

So… we have rescued TWO pugs from a truly dire situation. 💔

These poor souls have been living a life no dog should ever endure — neglected, frightened and bred for slaughter. But today their story begins to change, because they are nearly safe under our wing and will finally get the chance they deserve. ❤️

Right now they are still in Shenyang and need to be urgently transported to Beijing, where they will finally be safe in the hands of our trusted vet. Getting them there is the first crucial step in their rescue journey.

I am frantically trying to arrange their transport, but even this first step requires funds.

Can you help us get them to safety? 🙏

Every donation, no matter how small, helps us move them closer to safety, medical care and a future they have never known.

We will share more about these two little ones very soon once their safety and transport are fully secured. After that we can begin to understand exactly what help and treatment they will need.

For now, please send them love, strength and positive thoughts as they begin the very first steps towards a better life. 🐶🐶❤️

Because this is what rescue is about…
Stepping in when they have no one else. ❤️🐾

And there are no names whilst we wait for sexes although I can see the fawn little one is female so keep watching & I keep hoping they know they are now safe under my wing 🪽 & getting ready for some real love ❤️

Wishing all our amazing friends & supporters a week ahead ❤️

Whatever your plans are, make sure you find time for a little fun and a few frolics along the way ❤️

This week brings an important appointment for little Norman, who is having his eye assessed on Wednesday. We’ll be sure to update you with some positive news as soon as we can. It will still mean surgery for our brave little soldier in the near future, but every step forward counts. In the meantime, he’s growing in confidence and getting bigger every day — which is wonderful to see after arriving so skinny and undernourished. His skin is also beginning to show some lovely improvements ❤️ Aggie continues to do well following her liver shunt surgery & is more flumpy & perfect as ever - long may it last !

And of course, Georgie continues to watch over him like the devoted protector and mum that she is 🐶❤️

Lots of love from us all! ❤️ #dogsdailyfeaturesss #meattradesurvivor #chinadogs #dogloversunite #dogmemesdaily

❤️ International Women’s Day ❤️

Today we celebrate some of the incredible women in our rescue family — the amazing lady adopters and wonderful mums to our China girls who truly rock their world every single day.

These women open their hearts and homes to dogs who have come from the most unimaginable circumstances, giving them safety, patience, love and the beautiful lives they always deserved.

To all the women in my life and in this rescue community who make the world a kinder, better place — thank you.

Thank you for standing beside me, supporting the mission, and for being completely wonderful.

Together we are changing lives, one precious dog at a time. ❤️🐶❤️

We are truly on a roll this Sunday, spreading the PUG LOVE ❤️

Claudia… and now Lulu has left for her forever after 🏠✨
She will be wrapped in love and has our China boy Angus to play with and learn many tricks alongside 🐾💫

Kelly & Adam have been incredible China adopters for nearly a year now, so when I knew they wanted another, the answer was always a BIG FAT YES 🙌
All our China adopters are amazing and truly make these dogs’ dreams come true. I’m just a cog ⚙️ in the wheel that helps get them out of China — their dreams are fulfilled in their FOREVER homes ❤️

Lulu — fly high in your new world, little diva, exactly as you were meant to ✈️✨

We can’t wait to see you at our spring event (yes… more news to follow 👀) — ALWAYS ❤️

Thank you a million times over to everyone who works their magic behind the scenes. I won’t pretend there aren’t tears, stress, and strain — but above all there is love and devotion. Because this is what we were meant to do ❤️
There is no choice, because none of us could ever leave them in China to face a fate they simply do not deserve.

Kelly & Adam — once again, we are so happy she has come to you ❤️
And to Melissa, for being totally amazing and caring for her with such devotion to the cause.
And of course Dave, Dudley, Doris & Darla — always ❤️🐾❤️

This is Isadora 💔
Still in Hebei, still waiting… and still at risk.

She is being kept safe for now by the incredible Mr Guoji, but this is not a safe place for her to stay. The meat trucks come through constantly — carrying fear, disease, and death. Many of the dogs rescued from them do not survive, and every extra day here puts Isadora in danger 💔

We can already see skin disease on her fragile body. As an older girl, she urgently needs blood tests, vaccinations, and proper veterinary care — care she can only receive in Beijing. Time truly matters for her.

Despite everything she has endured, Isadora is trying so hard.
She looks a little less frightened now. She eats her food. She is trusting again — just a little — and that alone breaks our hearts 😭♥️
She doesn’t know the danger she’s still in… but we do.

Mr Guoji saves as many souls as humanly possible from those trucks, often arriving just in time. Infection is everywhere. Loss is constant. Yet he keeps going — for them. We are raising funds not only to move Isadora to safety, but to support the man who stands between these dogs and the unthinkable 🙏🏻

Please… don’t scroll past her 💔
She deserves to be safe. She deserves comfort, treatment, and love in her final years.

Let’s get Isadora out.
Let’s get her to the vet.
Let’s show her that kindness found her in time ♥️🐾 #chihuahua #tinydogsofinstagram #chihuahuarescue #rescuedogsofinstagram #rescuedismyfavouritebreed
